For me, the best way to ease into a restful sleep is to mentally let go of the day. Set to ocean waves, this meditation utilizes deep breathing and visualization techniques to gradually turn off our body and mind. We’ll even set aside about 60 seconds to think about the frustrations of our day before imagining clicking a delete button. It’s so satisfying.
