Some of my biggest anxieties stem from fearing what could happen, instead of being in the moment. This is why I created this short meditation, Embracing Uncertainty. Through deep breathing exercises and repeating positive affirmations, I’ve found I’m able to feel more confident about an uncertain future. This meditation is like a little break to quiet those anxious voices and also gives me a boost to keep forging ahead. I hope this meditation helps you as well! Thanks for listening.

If you're in a place in your life where you feel stuck or uncertain about where you're headed,

This could be the meditation for you.

We're going to embrace the uncertainty.

Let's start by getting in a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Whatever brings you the most peace.

Now let's take a slow deep breath in and a slow deep breath out.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

In,

Out.

Continue at your own steady pace.

Repeat after me,

Either out loud or to yourself,

Whichever works for you.

There's so much exciting possibility in the unknown.

I'm excited to open myself to new possibilities and opportunities.

I don't know what the right decision is and that's perfect.

It's okay not to know.

I embrace not knowing.

Not knowing is not a bad thing.

There is freedom in not knowing the future.

I'm excited about the future and I'm also excited about my future.

I'm comfortable not having all the answers.

I think it's great.

I think it's exciting.

I know I can handle whatever comes my way.

I am capable.

There's nothing I can't do.

I embrace uncertainty.

I'm so excited for all the possibilities coming my way.

Let's take another slow deep breath in and release.

Take a few moments to feel your inner calm.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

You got this.
