Good morning.
We're going to start the day with a mini meditation by taking a few deep breaths.
We're going to breathe deep and slowly in through the nose and slowly breathe out through the mouth.
First,
Get in a comfortable position.
You can sit or lie down.
If you would like to close your eyes,
You can close them now.
Take a moment to get adjusted.
Now let's take a slow deep breath in,
Hold,
And slowly release.
One more deep breath in,
Hold,
Release.
Deep breath in,
Hold,
Release.
Continue to breathe at your own steady pace.
As you inhale and exhale,
Scan your body,
Releasing tension as you go.
Start by releasing any tension in your feet and legs.
Release any tension you may be carrying in your chest.
Release your shoulders,
Let them drop.
Release the tension in your jaw.
In your forehead.
If you're scrunching up anything in your face,
Let it drop.
Release.
Take another slow deep breath in,
Slow deep breath out.
As you repeat that deep breath,
You can think to yourself,
Today is a good day to have a good day.
Deep breath in,
Good day.
Deep breath out,
Good day.
Repeat this a couple of times.
Take a moment and when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Give yourself a big stretch and have a great day today.
