Let's start with a moment of centering.
Taking a deep breath in and relaxing your body and your mind and your heart.
May this practice today be full of grace,
Healing,
And light.
Let's get started.
You Beginning with a simple cat-cow stretch,
Articulating your spine.
Stop mirroring me extending your left leg.
And lifting and lowering with control,
Keeping your core stable.
And now you're going to rainbow that left leg to either corner of your mat.
Bring your right forearm to the mat.
And squeezing your left knee in and bringing your right hand to the mat and coming back to that rainbow,
Alternating between these two poses.
And coming to high kneeling.
Left leg out to the side and coming into a side twist.
And now coming into some high kneeling squats.
Right leg out to the side.
And coming back into those side twists.
Coming back to all fours on the mat,
Now extending your right leg long and pulsing up and down,
Keeping your core stable.
You Now rainbowing that right leg to either side of the mat.
Bring your left forearm to the mat.
And coming back into that combo series on the other side,
Bringing your left hand to the mat,
Rainbowing your leg.
And then bringing that left forearm back down,
Squeezing your right knee in.
And now alternating between a child's pose and quadruped,
Relaxing.
Wonderfully done.
