Welcome to this meditation on resurrection.
Rising into the light,
Allowing the darkness in our lives and ourselves to be resurrected,
Purified,
Healed,
Transformed.
As we start this process of resurrection in consciousness,
So too we call forth that full resurrection in our lives.
We become inspired,
Touched with the thoughts,
The words,
The actions required for this beautiful transformation in our lives.
So we will begin by fully relaxing the body,
Slowing and calming the breath,
And settling into yourself.
As you breathe,
Feel your energy,
Your presence.
Feel yourself coming home.
And anywhere your mental energy has been elsewhere,
Just bringing it back,
Bringing it back.
You are grounding in yourself.
Gently,
Softly becoming aware of your inner light.
Being aware of the shining presence of light that you are.
Feel yourself,
The soul,
Shining from behind your eyes.
Allow a smile to come across your face as you feel the light of your being.
Aware of your true energy of love,
Of peace,
Of purity,
Of light.
And the vibrations of peace,
Of bliss that emanate from your very own being.
Just like the visual of a headlight,
If you're out in the dark and you have a light on your head and it's shining around your third eye,
In the same way,
Feel your own being as that light.
Your own consciousness.
But aside from everything else,
The essence of who you are is this light.
And your natural flow of energy is love and that love emanates and the peace flows throughout your body.
And taking the next few moments to just feel the light of your being,
Of your presence.
Being emanating.
Nothing you need to do.
Just being what you are.
Lying.
You you you you Centered in your own consciousness of light Feel yourself also pulled by the great light,
The one that finds the source,
The highest being,
The one to whom you belong.
Almost like that one is a magnet and you feel your heart and your mind pulled into the ocean of love that is that being.
That you are immersed in the light,
Immersed in the ocean of peace and there is light all around you,
Light within you and light filling you.
You And as you rise into this light any darkness In your life any darkness you've experienced are experiencing is also pulled into the light Transformed into the light That whatever learning whatever message whatever gift is hidden in the darkness It's being unlocked and will be revealed As you rise into the light You might open your palms and just consciously offering all of it up Anything that is dark or painful or challenging Energetically in consciousness offering it to rise into the light And that its secret gifts may be revealed to you You You You Are beloved of the light you are beloved of the divine this being this presence Completely embraces you in love and takes all of your burdens all of your sorrow This one is the remover of sorrow and the bestower of happiness So you trust in the essence of your being and you trust in the essence and the presence of The spiritual one to whom you belong You You You In the presence of the divine is love.
And that one is the purifier and so everything is purified in your connection,
In your awareness of yourself as light and in your link with the one.
And in this divine union all is purified,
All is resurrected into the light.
So simply allowing this purification,
Allowing this rising into the light.
And that one is the purifier and so everything is purified in your connection,
All is purified into the light.
And that one is the purifier and so everything is purified in your connection,
All is purified into the light.
And the silence of the light,
The silence of love,
Of the light.
This spiritual connection brings healing to your mind,
Healing and renewal to your heart.
And you are simply bathing in light,
Allowing yourself to be renewed,
Revived.
And that one is the purifier and so everything is purified in your connection,
All is purified into the light.
And that one is the purifier and so everything is purified in your connection,
All is purified in your heart.
With so much noise in our world,
Just allow yourself to be held in the light,
In the silence and the peace,
To be held in the essence of your being.

The supreme,
The ocean of love,
Heals,
Transforms and purifies.

The supreme,

The supreme,

The supreme,

The supreme,

Bringing this experience of silence,
Of peace,
Of the light with you,
Even as you go into the activity of your life,
Even as you move and think and speak and act,
Remembering the essence of your being,
Remembering your connection to the light and that at any moment you can rise into that light.
And as you do,
Any darkness will be purified,
Starting on a consciousness level.
And then as you are open to healing and transforming to resurrecting,
The insights,
The awareness will come on a physical level as well.
Changes of different actions,
Thoughts,
Words,
Decisions.
Whatever needs to happen to bring light to every area of your life.
With a willingness to do whatever it is you need to do and a loving connection to the supreme,
To your own inner light as well.
You resurrect,
You rise into the light,
You elevate into higher consciousness and you bring this blessing into our world.
