Namaste and many blessings,
And welcome to this very special guided meditation on merging into the heart space of the Divine,
Coming into connection,
Relationship,
Remembrance of the Divine,
And experiencing that being's endless healing,
Powerful rays of love.
Just getting started with taking several deep,
Nourishing breaths.
As you breathe in,
Feeling yourself filling with love,
Filling with love.
And as you exhale,
Just completely releasing any tension,
Relaxing,
Softening your entire body.
And allowing each breath to bring you into this deeper and deeper space of love.
As all of the other things of life just become merged,
Normally all of the situations of life are emerged in our mind and we can have something called worry.
So now,
Taking everything,
All of the expansion,
And just merging it,
Merging it,
Like it's just becoming a tiny dot,
And you're coming into your own awareness of yourself,
Your awareness of the light and the powerful love that constantly emanates from your heart.
And you allow that love to grow.
You allow that love radiating from within to grow and grow and grow,
So you feel that you are completely absorbed,
Enveloped in love.
Loving,
Peaceful,
Pure energy.
And as the awareness of the body,
The details of life becomes less and less,
More and more becoming aware of I,
The soul,
The being of light,
The being that I am,
The one who resides within,
The one who looks through these eyes,
Listens through these ears,
And functions through the physical costume of the body.
Where I am not this body,
I am a soul,
A being of light.
And just notice how the more you're aware of yourself as a soul,
How it's as though there's a shower of peace and ease that washes over you.
The more you're aware of yourself,
The more the natural radiance,
Light,
Love,
And peace of your being is able to flow freely and easily.
It's as though there's a huge amount of energy that's dormant when we're only in the awareness of being a person,
A body,
Personality,
Yet when we come home and we're aware of who I am and we have that awareness,
It's as though there's huge amounts of light,
Energy of peace,
Love,
Joy that is freely able to flow and we're freely able to experience it.
I am light,
I am peace,
I am love.
This is who I am.
My natural way is to be loving,
Is to be happy,
Is to be peaceful.
I'm naturally connected to the divine,
The ocean of love,
The spiritual parent,
The one.
And as I become aware of my connection,
I now enter a place of even more light,
Even more love.
The most powerful,
Unconditionally loving being in the whole universe is my own parent,
Someone who loves me,
Accepts me,
And embraces me completely.
And feeling as though there's a blanket of love is what this being's energy is like,
A blanket of love enveloping you with peace and filling you with even more light and a clear knowing of who I am.
Feeling the heart filled with love,
Filled with light,
Filled with joy,
Filled with joy,
Filled with peace,
A complete and total safety,
I am a soul and I'm connected to the highest being,
The supreme,
The one who loves me and knows me completely.
And feeling this ever flowing radiance of love between the self,
The soul,
And the supreme.
I am a soul and I am connected to the highest being,
The supreme,
The one who loves me and knows me completely.
Deeply immersed in this beautiful place of remembrance.
A place that's constantly light,
Filled with love,
Filled with truth,
And enjoying just being in remembrance,
Bathed in peace,
Bathed in love,
Bathed in light.
And I am a soul and I am connected to the highest being,
The supreme,
The one who loves me and knows me completely.
I am a soul and I am connected to the highest being,
The supreme,

In the deep silence within.
Knowing deeply this reservoir of peace.
Aware of the self and the supreme.
And this innate,
Divine,
Powerful connection.
Filled with love,
Immerse in love.
With that complete contentment in the heart,
This is what it means to be soul conscious,
Aware of yourself,
Aware of the divine,
And in remembrance.
It's said that this is the practice that cleanses,
Heals,
Purifies the self,
The soul.
It's this remembrance that is able to cleanse away anything we've picked up,
Any darkness and return us to our natural state of light,
Merged in love,
Merged in peace.
It's a practice that you can come back to anytime.
It's just a thought away,
Just a moment's awareness away from remembering,
Coming back inside,
Remembering yourself and remembering the divine,
The one,
The ocean of peace,
The friend.
And with this awareness in life,
We're able to truly relax,
Truly let go,
Truly enjoy,
And bring the fullness of our own light into this world.
