Many blessings and welcome to this relaxing guided meditation on exhaling to inhale,
Slowing down,
Taking that relaxing breath out,
Completely relaxing your mind and body so that you can inhale and move forward in your life.
Let's begin simply by taking a few deep breaths and really emphasize your exhale,
Allowing your exhale to be deep and long and free.
This helps to relax your body and it's also symbolic of our exhale in life.
The exhale is the time to let go,
To release,
To slow down.
And on each exhale,
Allow your shoulders to soften,
Your neck to relax,
Your whole body to release tension.
Feeling as though you're coming into a slow motion.
You're slowing down,
Slowing down your breath,
Slowing down your movement,
Slowing down your mind.
You might say to yourself,
Slow down.
I just say that in your mind,
Slow down.
And as you slow down,
Feel yourself deepening into your awareness of your spiritual core.
Your deeper self.
Being aware that you are a being of peace and love and silence.
And these are your natural qualities.
Very peaceful,
Very loving,
Resting in silence,
Stillness and ease.
We can get wound up so tightly,
So you're taking this time to decompress,
To let go,
To exhale and to return to that stable,
Peaceful place within you in which you're aware of your core,
Your deeper self,
Yourself,
The soul.
Doing this will help you excel in humility and trust.
And in this practice,
Anything that you feel you need to let go of now is a beautiful time.
As you breathe,
Allowing anything you're holding onto in your mind or your body to release.
Deep within you,
You know how to let go.
And in this space of letting go,
Of exhaling,
Of relaxing,
Feel yourself held in divine arms that you are surrounded in peace.
You are eternally held in peace.
Peace is your nature.
Take a few deep breaths to feel that,
To feel the peace that is here for you underneath it all.
The peace and the silence that is the foundation of your being of life.
And in this space of letting go,
Of exhaling,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing.
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing,
Of relaxing.
It's in this peace and silence that you are united with the divine.
It's when we feel the core of our own being that we can know the highest one.
So taking a few more moments to breathe in this place of peace,
Letting go,
Exhaling.
A state of being that is so calm,
A place to renew and restore,
Rejuvenate yourself.
Taking a few more breaths here.
And taking this peaceful grounded feeling with you into the rest of your day.
Remembering to exhale,
To let go,
To release,
To soften as an essential part of life.
And the more you connect to that place of peace and stillness within you,
The more you feel held in divine arms and you're able to move through your life with grace.
