Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on self-compassion.

This is a short meditation to drop into your heart and allow compassion to flow.

So let's begin by taking several breaths and allowing yourself consciously giving yourself permission to relax,

To let go.

You might say quietly to yourself,

Relax.

And with each moment,

Each breath,

Feel yourself soften.

And begin to settle into your deeper self,

Yourself,

The loving divine soul.

All outside distractions to fade as you settle into the original eternal energy of yourself.

So often we can focus on the shortcomings,

The challenges in our lives,

Yet we are not aware of them.

Ever greater than that is the beauty of yourself.

Tune into your heart and feel in your inner knowing,

Your inner awareness,

The divinity of your being,

Your deeper self.

And from that place,

Aware of yourself as a being of love,

Allow compassion to flow from your heart.

Giving this unlimited love to flow from your heart and surround you,

Wrapping you in a blanket of love and compassion,

Stillness and grace.

Feel this wellspring of love from within you.

With your heart connected to the one,

The source of love.

Hold yourself,

Feel yourself held in overflowing love and compassion.

That you are always doing the very best you can in each moment.

Take a moment to acknowledge that and feel the softening of your heart.

That you are always doing the very best you can in each moment.

And from this place,

Let everything be okay.

The imperfections,

The challenges,

The mistakes,

The learning experiences,

Let it all be okay.

As you feel a sense of deeper love and compassion for yourself.

You are a divine,

Beautiful soul.

And the more you allow yourself to soften into this love,

Into this compassion,

The more your beautiful energy and gifts to the world are able to flow and to flourish.

Let go and surrender into this love,

This compassion.

And as you move into the rest of your day or evening,

Allowing this love and compassion to continue to flow,

Surround you,

Fill you,

Recharge you.

And let it now also be an offering to others.

That this energy of love and compassion can flow towards them too.

Recurred in this deeper sense of self,

Experience of divinity.

Moving into your life with love,

With compassion.
