Welcome to the Healing Room.

This is a bedtime prayer for kids.

So we ask that the angels and the spirit guides move around you and they make you feel safe and loved and cared for.

We ask that they bring you happiness and sweet dreams.

We ask that they bring you a feeling of kindness and love from the world,

From the stars,

From the universe.

We ask that when you wake up in the morning you feel fresh and light and happy and healthy.

We ask the angels and the spirit guides to work on you tonight so that you feel like you have no fear,

You have no worries,

You have no concerns.

We give all of these to God.

Any worries that you have we give away.

We ask the angels to take it from you and to give it to God.

And we ask the angels to pour buckets of yellow,

White,

Sparkling light down into you to replace any worries or any stress.

We ask that the angels form a ring around you protecting you,

Keeping any bad dreams away from you.

We ask that in the night your energy becomes recharged so that in the morning you're bright and happy and ready to give to the world.

Now I want you just to imagine that you're smiling and you're loving everyone.

You can imagine you're loving your friends at school by smiling at them and giving them compliments.

You can imagine you're loving your outfit that you wear tomorrow,

That you feel good about yourself.

You can imagine that you're smiling at your parents and making them so happy by loving them and being kind to them.

You can imagine you're smiling at your siblings if you have any and that you're being so helpful and caring toward them and that you're filled with God's light.

You're filled with magical light.

You're surrounded by spirit guides and angels that are just helping you through your day.

So as you fall asleep,

I want you to imagine that you're just going to swim on your back into the night sky.

Like the night sky is like a swimming pool as if all the black and the little stars in it are fluid or liquid,

Kind of like floating in the ocean.

So I want you to imagine that you're just swimming through the night sky.

You're just having a blast and you see other kids and they're also swimming through the night sky,

The starry sky,

And they're also smiling and sleeping and enjoying the ride,

Enjoying floating,

Enjoying the feeling of freedom without any of the pains of the body or any of the things you have to do in life like homework and chores.

And then I want you to imagine that in the morning you come sailing back in.

You can come skating back in like an ice skater or you can imagine you dive in like you're going to dive into a pool,

But come back to your body in the morning and kind of snuggle into it and imagine you're fitting into your body like it's a pair of pajamas.

Like your body itself is an outfit you're going to put on and you're going to fit down into it.

Get your shoulders to fit inside.

Spread your hands and your fingers out and your feet.

Wiggle your feet down into your body's feet and toes.

Take a deep breath and then you're back in the morning all refreshed.

Sweet dreams.

Sleep well.

Good night.

What a lovely introduction to meditation for the little ones. I wish I had know about this when mine were little 💜
