Welcome back to the Healing Room.
This podcast is for the morning when we wake up and we really,
Really want to have a great day,
But maybe we got to bed too late or maybe we woke up at three in the morning and we're up until six or maybe we ate the wrong food yesterday and it just made us super tired or maybe our hormones are shifting and kept us awake or dragging us down or maybe we're dreading today.
Maybe there's something you have to do today that you're either bored with sick and tired of or dreading because it's going to be so scary or require so much energy from you that you're not sure you have or you're going to be able to pull off.
Whatever it is that you are facing today,
You need energy for it.
You can't just push through this day or drag yourself through this day by yourself and you're not expected to.
There's a whole team of angels and spirit guides that is assigned to you to help you through your day.
So give away half of the grocery list.
Give away half of the things you need to do.
In other words,
As you're sitting in the car before you go into the grocery store,
Just say,
I need help.
Make this easy.
And they'll make it so that you maneuver through the aisles and through the people with their carts so easily or you looked here,
Right?
And there's some obscure ingredient to a soup that you couldn't find last week and your eyes just look right at it and you throw it in the cart laughing.
So call in your team and ask them to make your life more magical today,
To make it easier today.
So we give the rest of your list to the guide so that a phone call that is on your list to make doesn't need made because they call you right when you just picked up your phone and you were able to answer done.
That phone call is finished off your list.
You can't do this by yourself.
It's no fun by yourself.
You can get depressed by yourself.
You can feel isolated.
You can feel lonely when you have a whole team waiting to help you with every single little thing in your life,
Like a parking space,
Use them,
Have fun with them.
There's nothing more boring to a spear guide than being assigned to a human who never calls on them.
But it's so much fun for them when we call on them all the time because they're having a really active assignment and there is lots of laughter and joy coming from you as you notice what they're doing as you notice all of the crazy serendipity in your life.
So this day ahead of you that's resting on your shoulders,
I just want to ask the spear guides and the angels right now to take it off of your shoulders so that you are not alone.
You are just going to be a conduit of energy,
Of light.
So imagine that with the weight off of your shoulders,
We now have room for light from above us,
From the heavens to pour down through your head,
Through your shoulders,
Down through your body,
Out your legs and feet so that you're now a waterfall of light,
Of joy,
Of laughter,
Of high vibration.
And then imagine going into your day like that instead of stressed out,
Looking at your list,
Go,
Go,
Go,
Go,
Go.
Let's imagine instead that we're going to flow through our day.
One thing I like to do when I'm in traffic,
So say there are three lanes and I'm in the middle.
I like to just imagine we are a school of fish and we're all just flowing easily together.
Left and right and left and right.
Everybody is in sync.
Instead of rush,
Rush,
Rush and get ahead of that car and dodge in between that car and that car.
Instead just imagine we're all in sync.
We're in the flow.
So let's pray.
We ask that this day is filled with fun.
I don't care how serious your day is ahead of you.
Let's call in the feeling of playfulness.
Let's call in our deepest laughter.
Let's call in our funniest spirit guides.
We ask for a crazy,
Silly,
Hilarious day.
We ask for a high vibrational day.
We ask for lots of wonderful interactions.
Interesting,
Strange,
Different interactions.
We ask that we notice these.
When I say strange,
I mean you can tell your spirit guides made that happen.
Have you ever passed someone or someone on a bike flew past you and the words that they were saying out loud or the song they were singing right as they passed you meant something to you?
Notice,
Pay attention.
License plates.
Cars cutting you off.
Pay attention to what it says.
A lot of times the bumper sticker or the license plate is for you from your spirit guides.
So we ask that our eyes are wide open to the forces of the unseen today.
We ask that we're aware that there's a whole other level happening to us in our day.
We ask that we can feel the presence of the angels and the spirit guides in our world today.
We ask that we're in the flow.
No matter how many unpredictable,
Unplanned,
Annoying obstacles block up our path today,
We ask that we're able to flow right around those blockages,
Through them,
Under them,
Over them.
We ask that we are unstoppable,
Laughing all the way.
We ask that our energy is distributed through the day evenly so that we don't have huge highs and then huge crashes.
Energetically,
We ask that we feel constant all day long,
Steady all day long.
We ask that we feel a peace within us throughout this day.
We give this day to our spirit guides and our angels and we ask that we are used to be a conduit of light,
To be love,
To bring God's presence to earth.
We ask that we are like an angel on earth today.
