And even if your baby gets fussy,
It will only be for 5 minutes.
And this 5 minutes is so very valuable to you.
Find somewhere you can sit down.
Maybe you can prop yourself up against a wall.
Is sitting not comfortable?
How about lying down?
Let's begin.
I'd like for you to start by taking your pointer finger and bringing it to the spot in between your eyebrows.
This is your third eye chakra.
Gently massage this area and deepen your breath.
Take a deep inhale in through the nose and feel that breath release out through your mouth.
Great work.
Let your hands both release down to your knees.
Or if you're lying down,
Let them release down by your side.
Continue to let your breath deepen.
Breathing in all that newfound love that you feel as a mother and exhaling out all the exhaustion and fear that come with mothering a newborn.
Know that your intuition is stronger than it's ever been.
There are always moments that feel scary,
Foreign,
Or unknown.
The tools to handle and cope with these moments reside within you.
You can trust your instincts and feel confident in your ability to take care of your baby.
Begin to envision a beam of light radiating from the area that you are massaging.
Feel the memory of that massage you gave to your third eye chakra between your eyebrows.
The energy and power of this point on your body is overflowing with intuitive strength right now.
You are a strong,
Capable,
And compassionate mother.
You can trust your instincts and feel confident in your ability to take care of your baby.
Sitting here in quiet,
Feel the connection to your third eye chakra.
Continue to feel the energy pour out of it through that beam of light.
Breathe in your intuitive power and confidence and exhale out your fear and exhaustion.
Sit in peace with this visualization for the next few minutes.

Let's slowly allow the mind to come back to your breath.
Let your breath stay calm and steady.
Let your fingers begin to move.
Maybe your shoulders.
Join your hands together in prayer.
