Listeners can expect a gentle, soothing meditation that uses calming metaphors and indirect suggestions to help the body naturally release tension. They’ll be guided to observe their own sensations without force, allowing relaxation to unfold in its own time, like clouds drifting or water flowing. By the end, they may feel lighter, more at ease, and deeply connected to their body’s innate ability to let go.

Hello,

Thank you for coming to my 10-minute meditation for anxiety.

And that meditation has been designed to help you relax and release any tension or stress from the body.

So,

I would like you to find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

And you can close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Whichever feels right for you.

And take a deep breath in,

And let it out with a sigh.

Allowing your body to settle just a little more with each exhale.

You might begin to notice how your body knows how to relax.

In its own way.

In its own time.

Just as a leaf floating on a stream,

It doesn't need to try to let go.

It simply does,

Effortlessly,

Carried by the gentle current.

And perhaps you've noticed before how warmth spreads through your hands when they rest.

Or how your shoulders soften when sleep begins to whisper to your mind.

Your body already knows how to release tension.

Just as clouds know how to drift across the sky,

Without effort,

Without force.

Imagine a soothing presence,

Like sunlight on your skin.

Or like warm water dissolving away tightness.

And as you breathe,

You might notice once more area,

Perhaps your fingers,

Your jaw,

Your toes,

Beginning to soften just a little.

As if your body is remembering how good it feels to relax.

And sometimes,

The mind likes to tell stories.

Stories of worry,

Of tension.

But the body has its own wisdom.

Like a tree that bends in the wind,

But doesn't break.

Or like waves that rise and fall,

Without clinging to their shape.

So now,

With each breath,

Imagine that soothing presence spreading.

Like a gentle ripple in a pond.

Touching each part of you that has been holding.

And with each exhale,

Those places learn slowly,

But they don't need to crisp so tightly.

And as you continue,

You might find a quiet curiosity.

Wondering how your body will choose to relax next.

Will it be your shoulders,

Your stomach,

Your breath?

There's no need to force it.

Just allowing.

Resting.

Like falling asleep.

Don't make it happen.

It simply does.

You'll notice that even the idea of relaxation can become deeper,

Easier.

Like sinking into a soft blanket.

Or floating in calm water.

And with each moment,

Your body remembers.

Your mind settles.

And peace finds its way in.

Now,

Take one more deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Let it be a breath of gratitude.

For your body's strength.

For its resilience.

And for its ability to soften.

To release.

And to heal.

And when you're ready.

Feeling refreshed.

And at ease.

Thank you for listening to my recording.

And as you breath.
