When you have a deep truth land and it requires presence and slowness,
Because in a way it has to go through the actual digestive process,
You have to chew it 30 times,
The saliva mixes with it,
It gets moved down your esophagus into your stomach,
It starts to break down because of the stomach acid,
It goes into the small intestine,
The liver and the pancreas and the gallbladder and whatever other organs are in there are doing their work to sort out the things that aren't supposed to be there,
You're absorbing all the nutrients into your body,
It goes into the large intestine,
What's waste goes into the large intestine and you eventually get rid of what's not relevant for you.
Spiritual and emotional digestion works exactly the same way.
There are people who have a fast metabolism and there are people who have a slow metabolism.
There is a way to increase slow metabolism.
There's also a way for people who have fast metabolism to absorb more nutrients.
Very few of us were raised with a flawless lifestyle and diet and those of us with trauma tend to have more issues with our digestion.
That's a scientific fact,
If you have abuse or neglect,
Your literal food digestion is hindered compared to somebody who grew up in a healthy environment.
That process of letting a truth that is outside of your window of conscious reality can take longer and it can be doing work on you without you even doing anything.
Our ability to allow that to occur is to not obstruct basically anything.
If you start to hyperanalyze something,
Then you're not allowing a very natural digestive process of something that you can't see to land.
