Take a big breath in and all the way out.
Big breath in again and all the way out.
I invite you to send your energy up through your crown chakra and your soul star chakra just above your head all the way to the central sun of the universe.
Anchor your energy at the central sun in the universe and enjoy this beautiful golden energy of unconditional love and joy and abundance.
And anchor your energy there and now draw the energy back with you.
Bring it back down to the room you're in and take it into your soul star chakra above your head.
And feel it activating and cleansing and realigning this chakra.
And into your crown chakra.
Feel it activating,
Energizing and aligning the crown chakra right at the top of your head.
Your third eye chakra in between your eyebrows and feel it cleansing and activating and realigning your third eye chakra.
Take it down into your throat chakra at the voice box and feel this energy cleansing,
Realigning and activating your throat chakra.
And take it down into your heart chakra in the center of your chest and feel this energy activating,
Realigning and cleansing your heart chakra.
And now allow this energy,
Allow your energy to drop down,
Down,
Down,
Down right into the center of Mother Earth.
Anchor your energy in the center of Mother Earth,
The central crystal.
And enjoy the beautiful energy at the center of Mother Earth,
The nurture,
The creativity,
The aliveness,
The thriving.
And draw that beautiful energy up back towards yourself into your earth star chakra about a foot below your feet.
And feel Mother Earth's energy activating,
Realigning and cleansing your earth star chakra.
And draw the crystalline,
Silvery energy of Mother Earth up your legs and into your base chakra at the tip of your coccyx.
Feel this chakra being activated,
Realigned and cleansed by Mother Earth's beautiful energy.
And draw this energy up into your sacral chakra in front of your sacrum and feel this energy center being activated,
Realigned and cleansed by the energy of Mother Earth.
And draw the energy up into your solar plexus chakra just below your ribcage.
And feel your solar plexus chakra being activated,
Realigned and cleansed by the energy of Mother Earth.
And draw the energy up into your heart chakra and feel Mother Earth's energy cleansing,
Realigning and activating your heart chakra.
And allow the energy from the central sun of the universe and from the core of Mother Earth to mix and meld in your heart chakra,
Creating a beautiful golden white energy in your heart.
I invite you to ask for a download of light language,
Of light codes from the central sun into your body right now.
And feel your body cells being enlivened and lit up as these codes settle in each and every cell.
And I invite you to ask for codes from the center of Mother Earth to draw up into every cell of your body and feel every cell of your body thriving and vibrantly alive,
Being activated by the beautiful energy of Mother Earth.
And I now invite you to visualize or sense or feel a beautiful violet flame just above your soul star chakra.
The violet flame is a cleansing flame.
So allow this flame to gently make its way down through your energy field,
Clearing and cleansing anything you no longer need that's in your energy field.
Everything that somehow any energy in your energy field that has somehow outlived its usefulness to you.
And feel how the violet flame transmute this energy into light.
And feel how these stuck old stagnant energies are being released and sent back to the universe for repurposing.
Feel how the violet flame is present throughout your energy field at the moment from above your soul star chakra and to down below your earth chakra through your whole energy field.
And feel your energy field being enlivened and activated.
And now allow the violet flame to sweep its way through your body,
Clearing any stuck energy that's in your body,
Any old energy that no longer serves you,
Anything that's been resolved but just still hangs out there because of habit.
Allow the violet flame to sweep through every single cell of your body and the spaces between the cells.
And I now invite you to still hold this violet flame.
And out in front of you on a table or on a plinth or on an altar,
I invite you to place any old contracts or vows or promises that no longer serve you.
Place them on the surface in front of you.
And invite the violet flame to burn this,
Cleanse it,
Transmute it into light.
And I now invite you to take any habits or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you and have outlived their usefulness and put them on the surface in front of you.
And allow the violet flame to burn them and transmute them into pure light.
And I now invite you to identify any block that you might have to living the most magnificent life that you could possibly live,
Any blocks to abundance,
To connection,
To joy,
To peace,
To love,
To community and put them on the surface in front of you.
And allow the violet flame to burn them and transmute them into light.
And I now invite you to connect with the star Sirius.
And invite light language,
Light codes from Sirius to be downloaded for you,
Codes that will allow you to step into your magnificence,
Codes that allow you to live a life of love and gratitude and peace and connection and joy,
Beauty,
Abundance.
And allow these codes to nestle in your energy field and in your body where they're most appropriate and feel that energy making your body feel more alive and your energy feel more vibrant.
And I invite you to allow Sirius to activate the divine feminine within you whether you're a man or a woman.
Allowing you to step into a space where just being who you are is enough.
Claim the power of rest,
Of stillness,
Of pace,
Of cooperation,
Of community,
Of stillness,
Of creativity and joy in being alive.
Hallow're adjustments to your prize and that move to And I now invite you to create a seed,
A magical seed with all these beautiful qualities.
And hold it in your hand.
And make this a seed of blessings,
Of magic,
Of love,
Of abundance,
Peace,
Health,

Joy,
Laughter,
Care for one another,
Beauty,
Gratitude,
Appreciation,
And any other beautiful qualities you can think of.
And take this beautiful magical seed and allow it to follow the path of your energy anchored into the center of Mother Earth.
And allow that seed to run down that path into the center of Mother Earth.
And allow your seed to take root in the center of Mother Earth.
Notice how Mother Earth joyfully receives your seed.
And allow your seed to expand and permeate through all of Mother Earth from the center outward.
Notice how this beautiful energy that you have created does not diminish the bigger it gets.
And notice this energy reaching the deepest depths of the ocean floors and blessing all the oceans and blessing all the water on our beautiful planet.
And watch the energy expand.
And watch it bless all the soil on our lands.
Watch it make the land lush and creating thrival everywhere it goes.
And watch it permeate to the tallest mountain tops on our earth.
And watch it permeate the atmosphere.
And notice how our whole earth is thriving with abundance and joy and peace and love and gratitude.
And notice how all her inhabitants,
Rocks,
Plants,
Animals,
Humans,
Are reveling in delight and joy,
Care for each other,
Thriving,
Feeling grateful for this beautiful life that we're able to live on planet earth.
And I invite you to create a seed or an energy of peace and joy and love and gratitude.
And send that seed particularly to areas on planet earth where you know that people are struggling.
And just allow it to permeate the energy field of that part of mother earth at this time.
And I invite you to create another seed,
Another energy of courage.
And I invite you to seed this seed anywhere on mother earth and everywhere on mother earth where you're aware of people having difficult decisions to make,
Decisions that will often come down to doing what they're told to do versus doing what they feel in their hearts is right.
And give them the courage to do what they know in their hearts is the right thing to do.
And I invite you to create another seed with the magic of gratitude.
And I invite you to send that out to every single human being on this planet because ultimately all of us are just doing the very best we can with the tools that we have.
And allow this seed of gratitude to be available to every human on our planet.
And I invite you to make another magical seed with whatever it is you feel to bless our world and planetary community with.
And equally spread that out through the whole world community.
And I invite you to take a bird's-wide view of mother earth.
So imagine you're out in space looking down on our beautiful planet,
This incredible planet that allows us to experience life.
And notice how mother earth is lit up from the inside feeling wonderful.
And everybody who shares life with her is feeling wonderful and blessed.
And I now invite you to come back to the room that you're in.
And gently reduce your connection to the central sun of the universe and to mother earth to something that allows you to do your daily life with ease and grace while still sensing this connection.
And just notice if you need to draw your energy field in a little bit or if you need to expand it a little bit.
And just allow that beautiful meld of central sun and mother earth energy that's still in your heart to permeate through your whole energy field at whatever size it is that's comfortable for you in your daily life.
