Ths practice, 'Breathe Away Fatigue' is for those who tire throughout the day or wake up still feeling lethargic. In fact, it is for anyone who wishes to take out a few minutes to gain more energy and to wipe away the cobwebs and start afresh. The most natural way of all to help heal the body, to alleviate tiredness and to calm the mind is to breathe well. This practice simply focuses on breathing in and out, slowing down the breath and at times focusing either on the in-breath or the out-breath. It also looks at ways we create fatigue and how to overcome these obstacles. It is very simple to maintain and can be practised whenever you wish and in any situation when you want to bring back a bounce in your step! Be patient. It may take a little time to implement into your daily routine but it is worth it! I wish you well!
