A grounding sensory meditation designed to bring you gently into the present moment through your six senses: sight, smell, taste, touch, hearing and intuition. This practice invites you to slow down, soften your awareness and reconnect with your body and the world around you. Moving through each sense, you’ll be guided to notice what is here right now without needing to change, fix or overanalyse anything. As you move from the physical senses into intuition, you’ll create space to listen more deeply to your body’s wisdom and the subtle knowing within. A beautiful practice for grounding, presence, nervous system regulation and coming home to yourself.
