Love and Blessings Meditation.
This is a meditation practice of expanding and widening your circles of compassion.
Settle into what is a comfortable and restful position for you.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
As you breathe in,
Notice your inhale.
As you breathe out.
Notice your exhale.
Breathe in.

In this meditation,
You send energy,
Love,
And blessings through your thoughts,
To those you know by name and continue to expand to all beings everywhere.
Inhale,
Mentally repeat.
Love and blessings too.
Exhale,
Say the name or names of those close to you.
You may begin by using the names of your family and friends.
Next,
Expand to individuals you may see in passing,
Like your mail carrier,
The cashier at the grocery store.
Or a person you walk past on the street.
Continue to extend your love and blessings to those you have never met.
Whether they have two legs,
Four legs,
Hooves,
Or fins.
Inhale,
Love and blessings to.
Exhale,
You fill in the space.
Continue to send your energy,
Love and blessings.
Starting with those that you know.
And expanding to all beings everywhere.
