Let go meditation.
Settle into a comfortable position that allows for stillness.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
On your inhale,
Mentally repeat let.
On your exhale,
Mentally repeat go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Meditation is the practice of letting go and letting go and letting go until all that is left is your most authentic way of being.
It's impossible to let go of who you truly are.
All you let go of is who you are not.
You are not your stress,
Your anger,
Your worry,
Or your doubt.
These are aspects of you that are part of being human and you have the choice to be consumed by these emotions and things allowing them to weigh you down or you have the opportunity to let go and lighten your load.
You do not have to carry the weight of the world.
With each breath you have the potential to let go and return to who you truly are.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
There is nowhere to go,
No goal to reach,
Or anything to achieve.
Meditation is simply the practice of returning to or remembering your authentic self.
Your authentic self is connected to your heart,
Your values,
And your spirit.
The pressure of life may cause you to act otherwise,
However the true you,
The liberated you,
The generous and abundant you is there.
You simply have to remember and reconnect.
When you practice letting go of the past and future and allow for pause in the present moment,
There is an opportunity to remember your authentic self.
Continue to breathe.
On your inhale,
Mentally repeat let.
On your exhale,
Mentally repeat go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go of anything that does not serve you.
Let go of your to-do lists and perpetual movement.
Let go of your restlessness.
Let go of your stress,
Tension,
And frustration.
Let go of your anger,
Jealousy,
And pain.
Let go of the weight of your past.
Let go of anxiety about your future.
Let go and be open to the unknown.
Let go and allow for vulnerability and humility.
Let go and listen to your quiet inner voice,
Your intuition.
Let go and be guided by your empathy and call to act with compassion.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Inhale,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
The more you let go,
The more your thoughts,
Words,
And actions begin to align with your heart and you remember who you truly are.
Let go.
Let go.
Imagine your body feeling lighter with each breath you take.
As you inhale,
Imagine your spine lengthening.
And as you exhale,
Imagine your body softening.
Let go.
Let go.
As you feel called,
Bring your awareness to the space you are in with greater presence and ease,
Knowing that at any time you have the opportunity to return to your breath and let go.
Thank you for taking a pause to let go with me.
