Hello my name is Annabelle and in today's morning meditation we're gonna be using affirmations to make you feel the most valuable and worthy version of yourself.
In these meditations you can either repeat them and if you do do it with emotion and feeling and joy or alternatively relax and just allow your body to soften into these beliefs.
So starting with a deep breath,
Breathing in allowing your lungs to expand,
Your chest to puff up,
Your belly to rise and in your exhale allowing yourself to be softer,
Calmer and more relaxed.
We'll do that twice more,
Breathing in and relaxing fully.
Now breathing in the deepest you have all day,
Allowing that new energy to fill every single cell of your body and on your exhale find stillness and relaxation.
And now let's get started with the affirmations.
I am so safe.
It is safe for me to follow my dreams.
It is safe to be seen.
It is safe to be seen trying.
It is safe to fail.
It is safe to try my best.
It is safe to give it my all.
It is safe to succeed.
I am so valued.
I see my value.
I am so cared about.
I am so useful.
I am so helpful.
I am worthy of success.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of abundance.
It is safe to follow my dream.
Everyone is happy for me when I follow my dreams.
I take action on my dreams every day.
I see the value I add to society.
I am celebrated.
I provide value to others.
Good things happen to me.
It is safe to thrive.
It is safe to express myself fully.
It is safe to show my true self to the world.
I am really skilled.
I am really talented.
I am constantly improving.
I embrace myself fully.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
