Alright,

So beginning here by just finding a nice comfortable position.

If it feels good for you,

I invite you to stand.

You can stand with your feet hip distance apart,

Knees soft,

Palms facing forward,

Shoulders relaxed.

If you'd rather sit down or lie down,

Feel free.

Do what feels right.

Once you find that space,

Just go ahead and allow your eyes to close.

Just effortlessly allow your eyes to turn inward.

Almost like you could immediately turn towards the space behind the eyes,

The world within the body.

Then just feel the outline and the weight of the physical body in this space.

Seeing the surface beneath you and just noticing your body as it settles a little bit deeper onto that space.

Then just becoming aware of the breath,

Feeling the inhale arrive in your body and fill and expand your body just a bit out.

Seeing the exhale release from your body as it just effortlessly softens and relaxes into space.

Just riding your awareness on your breath.

Very gently allow your focus and attention to slide down to the bottoms of your feet and the base of your spine.

Just feel these areas soften and expand open as you start to feel the energy from the earth flowing up and into your body.

Now feel it rise up from the bottoms of the feet to the base of the spine flowing up and into your body and just filling it up.

As this occurs just notice any sensations,

Sounds,

Colors,

Temperature changes,

Just be with what occurs.

Feel witness.

Continuing to just allow your body to receive this nourishing,

Nurturing energy from the earth,

Just letting it fill all your cells.

Then continuing to have the earth energy circulating throughout your body.

Just allow your awareness to land on the crown of your head and the palms of your hands.

Just silently say your name to yourself a few times calling in your unique signature and essence and just feel this essence flow into the crown of your head up through the palms of your hands.

Feel it fill up your brain,

Feel it flow up your arms,

Down your neck and up through your shoulders.

Feel this essence intersect at your heart speed space and just feel your heart space open and expand in all directions forward,

Back,

Sides.

Allow this essence,

This signature to flow down through your belly and your hips.

Sense it as it pours down your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins and your calves.

Feel it pour into the ankles,

The feet and then just open to this essence as it flows down and into the earth giving your unique signature to the earth.

Just feeling these two energies blending in your body,

This earth grounding other energy flowing up and through and around,

Blending with your unique signature,

Your unique essence and again just witness how your body feels.

Notice temperature changes,

Changes in weight,

Sounds,

Colors.

Be with the experience.

Keeping these energies flowing through your body,

Just want you to allow your awareness to flow inward.

Just feel your breath as it gently presses into the inside wall of your skin.

So feeling this inhale press into the inside wall of your skin all around the outline of your body and feel the exhale soften.

Then allow your awareness to expand just a bit out onto the surface of your skin and feel the breath expanding the surface of your skin and softening.

Just imagine that all the pores on your skin could slowly start to expand open,

Opening your inner world to experience your outer world,

Your outer world to touch your inner world.

Just listen to how your body feels.

With your pores open,

Your awareness open,

I want you to imagine that at the center of your heart there is peace itself.

Just allow this peace to take on any kind of color,

Perhaps a white or golden light right at the center of your chest.

Just imagine that this peace,

This light could start to flow all throughout your body.

Feel it filling up the inside of your body and then just like that allow it to pour out and shine out of all of your pores,

Radiating and touching peace,

Illuminating and embodying peace.

Just allow this peace to expand.

Feel it fill up the room you're in.

Feel and sense this room.

Feel it fill up the building or home you're in.

Just feel this building or home.

Feel it fill up the whole town you reside in.

Just feel this town.

Feel it fill up the whole city.

Feeling and sensing the city expanding into the whole state,

The whole country,

The whole world.

Just feel the world filled with this peace,

This peace that simply ignited within your heart.

Keeping this peace around the world and within your body and being.

I want you to just imagine that you could allow this peace to flow back throughout your whole past through every event that has ever occurred in your life all the way back to the moment where you were just a spark within a womb.

Just feel peace,

Quote this whole life.

Just imagine.

Imagine that your body was like a shooting star.

As you travel behind you is the remnants of life that was past lived.

As you settle into this body,

This space,

This time,

This star,

This being of light and peace,

That you will continue to just coat and spread this peace to this life,

This it continues to magically unfold before you.

Just remember this peace.

Take a deep breath in and an easy long breath out.

Keeping this sense of peace in your body,

Feeling the earth energy and your essence within you,

Feeling the remnants of the peace of your past at your back.

Just very slowly start to feel your body back in this space and time.

Watching the surface beneath you and the air as it just floats over your skin.

Allowing your open pores to just very slowly start to close,

Just allowing this sense of embodied peace to remain within you.

Feeling your breath back in your body,

Your awareness back here and now.

When you're ready,

Just taking your time,

Can very slowly allow your eyes to open and just see this world around you.
