Communicate With Your Spirit Baby

Take a magical journey to the Spirit Baby World to meet with your baby for the first time or grow your relationship.
Whether you're already pregnant, trying to conceive or have lost a baby, this meditation is an excellent opportunity to communicate with your baby.
Trust in this unique experience and be open to all you receive.

Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to this guided spirit baby meditation.

It is an honour to be here today supporting you on this journey.

My name is Anne-Claire and today I will be guiding you to this sacred practice.

I'm going to guide you on a beautiful journey to the spirit baby world where you will be able to meet and communicate with your baby.

This meditation is for you if you have the desire to have a child one day,

If you are trying to conceive,

If you lost a baby or if you are currently pregnant.

I recommend using headphones and entering this process removing any expectations.

Take a moment to make yourself comfortable.

You can choose to sit or lie down.

Gently close your eyes.

Let's start by repeating to yourself three times.

I remove any expectation and I let go of control.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Allow your body to relax fully.

Surrender to this moment.

You are supported.

You are held and you are guided.

You are supported,

You are held and you are guided.

Take three nice big deep breaths into your nose and long exhale through the mouth,

Letting go of any tension,

Letting go of the day.

Two more times,

Deep inhale and long exhale.

I invite you to place one hand on your heart and the other hands on your belly.

In your heart space,

Visualize a beautiful flower.

Take a moment to look,

Feel and smell this flower.

In your belly,

Visualize a seed or your baby if you are already pregnant.

Take a moment to look and feel this seed or your baby.

At the thought of your feet,

Visualize roots connecting you to the earth.

Take a moment to really feel the connection from your feet to the earth.

Now bring your wellness to the top of your head.

See the ray of golden light coming down towards you and entering your body through the top of your head,

Your crown chakra.

This golden healing light will fill up your entire body starting with your head,

Your neck and your shoulders,

Your left arm all the way to your fingertips,

Your right arm all the way to your fingertips.

The light is entering your chest and into your heart.

You can see and feel the flower in your heart opening more as the light is entering,

Creating more space.

Your flower is more vibrant,

Your flower is more open.

The light is then entering your belly.

Take a moment to visualize an abundant quantity of healing light entering the seed or your baby.

The golden light is traveling into your upper back,

Middle back and lower back.

It is then going inside your hips,

Into both of your legs all the way down to the sole of your feet.

Take a moment to feel your connection to the earth through your feet and your roots.

Feel your connection to the divine through your crown chakra.

Feel your connection to love through your heart chakra.

We are about to go on a little journey to meet the soul of your baby,

Your spirit baby.

Start by counting down with me from 30 all the way down to zero.

Starting now.

Inside this elevator one of your guide is waiting for you.

They will escort you on the journey you're about to take.

This is your guide and they can appear in any form you choose.

They will offer you support and assistance.

Walk into this elevator and realize how peaceful and calm you are feeling right now.

You are about to meet your spirit baby.

This elevator is a vehicle to help you move into higher levels and it holds within a vibration of love and tranquility.

Envision the door of this elevator closing and seeing your guide press the button to the spirit baby world.

The elevator begins to rise.

This may feel fast or slow.

You are approaching the spirit baby world.

The elevator starts to slow down.

It stops.

The doors open,

Opening up to the spirit baby world.

Your guide lets you go first.

Take a step in the spirit baby world and look around you.

Pay attention to how you feel and what you see.

Your guide is asking you to follow them down a path.

You start walking behind them.

The path takes you through a beautiful garden,

Very colorful.

You see a lot of flowers,

Rainbows and butterflies.

At a distance,

There is a tree with someone sitting under it.

You are getting closer to them.

And as you get closer,

You realize that this person has been waiting for you.

They know you very well.

It is your spirit baby.

You get closer and your guide introduce you to your baby.

Are you seeing them?

Do you hear anything that they are saying?

And if you are not currently getting anything at all,

It's okay.

Know that they are here and that we have set the intention for them to be here with us today.

Ask them if they have any messages for you.

It can be a word,

An image,

A sensation,

A sound or even just a sense of deep knowing.

Be open to receiving any messages or guidance.

I will leave you for a little moment with them.

Enjoy each other's presence and ask any questions you might have for them.

You the time has come for you to return embrace your baby and let them know that they are loved and that you will be back to visit soon thanks your spirit baby for this communication and slowly make your way back to the elevator once you arrive at the elevator take a moment to thanks your guide and the spirit baby's word for letting you in today then enter the elevator and press the button here and now on earth you slowly travel back down into the earth and into your body feeling more and more connected to your body feeling completely present again slowly start to move your fingertips and your toes moving your neck from side to side and open your eyes whenever you are ready have a look around you welcome back bring your hands together in front of your heart chakra and we will close this practice by doing three HOMES together big long exhale inhale Aum Aum Oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Remember,

Your speed baby is always connected to you.

They are constantly hearing you.

They love being with you and feeling all the love that you have for them already.

You can talk with your baby whenever you need to.

Wonderful 😍🙏🏾. I saw my little chocolate drop as a child by the tree - he’s so gorgeous, healthy, smart, talented, kind. We love him so much and he loves me and his daddy so much.
