Welcome beautiful soul,

Before we begin,

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Let your body be fully supported by the earth beneath you.

Close your eyes,

And take a deep breath in,

And slowly exhale.

This is a sacred space,

A space to soften,

To receive,

And to welcome your spirit baby's presence.

There is no need to force,

Control or search,

Simply allow yourself to be open.

Your only role is to receive with love and trust.

Take another long deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

And as you exhale let go of any tension,

Any expectation,

Any thoughts pulling you away from this moment.

With each inhale,

Breathe in peace,

With each exhale,

Let go of anything you no longer need.

Now imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,

Going down into your legs,

All the way down to the sole of your feet,

Deep into the earth.

Those roots are strong,

Granting you and connecting you to mother earth's deep wisdom.

Feel the energy of the earth rising up through those roots,

Into your body,

Bringing stability,

Nourishment and safety.

You are held,

You are supported,

You are safe.

Now gently bring your awareness to your heart space,

The center of love,

The bridge between you and your spirit baby.

Visualize a soft golden light forming in your heart,

This light is warm,

Soothing,

Radiant.

With each breath,

Feel it expanding,

Glowing brighter and brighter,

Filling your entire chest with love.

This is the energy of unconditional love,

The love between you and your spirit baby.

There is no rush,

No pressure,

Only love.

Now silently say to your spirit baby,

I am here,

I welcome you with love.

As you breathe,

Allow yourself to feel their presence,

Maybe it is a sensation in your body,

A color,

An image or simply a deep knowing.

However your spirit baby connects,

It is perfect.

Your heart is open,

You are ready to receive.

Now let this golden light gently begin to travel downwards,

Moving from your heart into your belly and down into your womb.

Your womb is a sacred space,

A space of creation,

A space of deep wisdom.

Place your hands on your lower belly and gently breathe into your womb,

Sending love and gratitude to this space.

As you breathe,

Imagine your womb filling with soft golden light,

Creating a warm and welcoming home for your spirit baby.

Even if you've had struggles,

Pain or loss before,

Your womb is wise,

Your womb is ready and your womb is a space of deep connection.

Let this golden light form a bridge between your heart and your womb,

A glowing path of love and trust.

Allow this connection to straighten with each breath.

Now invite your spirit baby to step closer.

There is nothing you need to do,

Simply breathe and soften.

Imagine your spirit baby's energy gently joining you in this golden light.

Maybe you see them,

Maybe you feel their presence,

Maybe they come as a soft whisper in your heart.

And now ask your spirit baby,

What do you want me to know today?

How can I prepare to welcome you?

What message of love do you have for me?

Whatever you receive,

Trust it.

Even if it is just a feeling of peace,

That is their presence,

Know that your spirit baby is always near.

Breathe in this connection,

Feel the love between you.

And now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feeling your body once again resting in this space.

Bring your hands to your heart and silently say,

Thank you my love,

Thank you my baby,

I trust,

I receive.

And when you're ready,

Take one final deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes,

Returning to the present moment with peace,

Love and trust.
