In this moment,
You are here,
Here and now.
Bring your attention to your breathing.
Just notice that breath is happening without you doing anything.
Just as breath is happening,
The heart is pumping and the organs are moving and all is dancing in harmony within you.
Nothing to do and actually nowhere to go.
This being in the here and now,
Watching yourself being breathed is all that there is.
And as you look out and see the natural world around you,
You see that the natural world is also being breathed,
Is in the here and now,
Is happening in the here and now.
Everything is moving,
Everything is being breathed,
Everything is coming to life right before your eyes with nothing for you to do but witness.
Be present,
Be open,
Be awake.
The minute you fall asleep and go into the thinking mind,
You've lost the rhythm of your life of this life.
Notice that you are able to listen to my voice and also be aware of your breath and also be tuned in to nature happening and life being breathed into being all around you at the same time.
There is something that is able to do this all at the same time.
You are actually the witness to everything that is happening.
You are divine intelligence animating,
Breathing into form and being as you're able to witness everything else being breathed and animated into form right before your very eyes.
If you get lost in your thinking,
This cannot be seen.
If you exist only from patterns and old ways of being,
This cannot be seen.
If you operate only from conditioning,
This witness consciousness is not felt,
Is not perceived but is still there.
Tune in again to the fact that something is able to listen to my voice and to be able to see whatever it is that you're looking at and is able to notice that there is a body in movement,
There is breath happening in this body.
Keep noticing.
Keep being present to how when thought happens,
It pulls you out of that awareness,
Of that witness consciousness.
And now if a thought happens,
Be aware that something knows that a thought is happening.
How is it that the thought can be happening and somehow you are aware that the thought is happening?
Simply amazing.
There is a way that ease comes into a body,
That flow comes into form and that peace and calm are the result of this presence witnessing everything coming into life,
Being and form,
Including you.
Just keep noticing,
Just keep being awake,
Just keep paying attention.
That is all there is.
That is all there is.
And that is enough.
That is enough to bring peace,
Calm,
Freedom and joy to last forever.
