Hello dear,

If you feel like you have been through too much,

Like life has cracked you open one too many times and healing feels far away,

Then pause with me now,

Breathe.

My dear one,

You are not broken,

You are wounded and wounds can heal.

Broken means beyond repair,

But you are still here,

Still breathing,

Still listening and that means something.

Pain may live in you,

But pain is not all you are.

Even forests grow after fire,

Healing is nature's way and you are part of nature too.

You may feel tired,

You may not see the path yet,

But that doesn't mean that it's not there.

You have survived things that tried to dim your light,

But they didn't and they won't.

You are still here,

Still shining even through the cracks and those cracks,

They are not damaged,

They are invitations for you to see your own light that has always been here and touched.

So let me say this again,

You were never broken,

You were wounded and wounds can heal.

Thank you for listening,

I hope this message wraps around your heart like a soft light.

Feel free to return back to this reminder whenever you need it.

Till then,

Bye-bye,

Take care.

Thank you, a wonderful reminder that i am not broken. The timing is perfect, its the 2 year anniversary of the passing ( rebirth, continuation) of a beloved. With love and gratitude.
