Your physical,
Spiritual,
And mental selves,
And the countless events that have shaped you.
Now begin to let all of those thoughts pour into the creation.
Of yourself as a house or home of some kind.
Let it build in your mind's eye until it is complete and you are standing outside of yourself.
You in home form.
Take some time to admire this structure as you gently breathe in and out.
Now walk up to the entrance of your home.
As you prepare to enter,
Remain calm,
Open,
Knowing that you will be meeting different parts of yourself as you explore this place.
First,
Notice the door.
What does it look like?
What is it made of?
Go ahead and open it.
Then find your way to the first room that you see,
Where you walk in and meet your mind self.
The thinking you,
Holder of your logic and ego.
You might want to embrace,
Talk,
Or simply observe.
How does this aspect of self wish to interact with you?
What does it want to share with you in this moment?
As you prepare to leave this room,
Offer gratitude for whatever has happened as you take another gentle breath in and out.
Then find your way to the next room that you see,
Where you walk in and meet your physical self.
The human body that has been with you all this time,
Changing,
Healing,
Experiencing the 3D inside of you.
The human body that has been with you all this time,
Changing,
Healing,
Experiencing the 3D inside of you.
Then find your way to the next room that you see,
Where you walk in and meet your physical self.

Now,
Make your way to the final room,
Where you walk in and meet your spirit self.
Your unique soul essence and life force.

There is one more place we will travel.
Find the back door of your home.
Is it similar to the front door?
Perhaps completely different.
After observing,
Open it.
As you step outside,
You are delighted to discover a magnificent waterfall that is flowing from high above into a crystal clear pool of water.
Almost like a magnet is pulling you,
You are called to walk right into this pool,
Discovering,
Of course,
The temperature is perfect.
Relaxing into the sensation of being in the water,
You look up at the waterfall rushing down.
You start to notice glimmers of color and see that there is a rainbow forming in its mist.
Spend a few moments here,
Perhaps floating in the pool or stepping into this rainbow and waterfall,
Feeling the rush of it washing over you.
Now,
Step out of the water,
Back onto the land where you discover a warm,
Fluffy blanket waiting to wrap you up.
Go ahead and do so.
Then turn back to the water and offer gratitude for whatever has happened as you take one more gentle breath in and out.
Ah.
Slowly gaze once more upon the house or the home of you,
Bidding farewell as we come back into the physical space here and now in five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Ah.
