A guided meditation and visualization where you will be invited to move through your body, collecting stagnant or looping energy that you wish to let go of. After gently doing so, you will be invited to release these energies into the cosmos. Music: “Heart - Extended Version”, by DJ Taz Rashid (Licensed by Oneness Center Inc.)

Imagine that you are lying in a field.

It might be a field of grass or a field of flowers,

But it's early in the morning and the sun is just beginning to rise.

As you gaze up into the vast sky,

You notice its soft hues of pink,

Purple,

And orange,

And the temperature is perfect.

You can hear sounds of the earth waking,

Birds chirping,

A gentle breeze blowing.

You are safe here.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And as you exhale through your mouth,

See if you can let your body relax.

Take another deep breath in,

Exhaling as you imagine softening into the ground,

Allowing the earth to hold you,

Support you.

We are going to travel through our bodies,

Gently exploring and searching for feelings or worries that might be clinging or stuck,

And we are going to lovingly see if we can help them to release.

We will begin in our legs and work our way up.

Focus your awareness on your legs,

These legs that have carried you your whole life,

That you are using now to walk along your unique path.

Is there anything you are walking through in this moment,

Any challenges or cycles that you feel stuck in,

That are frustrating you or making you weary?

Bring something to mind and see if you can feel the energy of that situation in your legs.

If you are feeling it somewhere else in your body,

That is perfect as well.

This,

This energy is what you are going to let go of.

In a moment we will take three breaths,

And with each breath you can imagine the energy gathering,

Collecting,

Moving from your legs or wherever you feel it into your lungs.

After the third breath in,

You will slowly exhale what you have collected into a celestial balloon,

A special type of balloon made of stardust,

Able to hold whatever you breathe into it.

And it will carry this energy far,

Far away into the depths of the universe,

Where it can be transmuted and released into space.

As we do this,

If it feels right,

I invite you to use your hands as though they are holding the balloon as it expands and releases.

Let's begin.

Refocus your awareness onto whatever you brought to mind before,

And slowly breathe in,

Letting the energy of that situation flow up into your lung,

Relaxing your body as you exhale.

Again,

Breathing in,

Continuing to gather this energy,

And exhale,

Relaxing.

Once more,

Breathing in,

But this time,

As you exhale,

You are going to fill your celestial balloon with what you want to release.

It gently seals itself,

And you let it go.

You watch it sparkling as it floats into the sky,

Getting smaller and smaller until you can no longer see it.

It is gone.

Next,

Bring your awareness to your pelvic region,

This space,

Your hara,

So special,

So sacred.

Lovingly search for anything here that is feeling stuck.

Perhaps you are feeling a blockage in your creativity or sensuality.

Maybe there are feelings of pain.

You are clinging too tightly.

Whatever it is,

Let it flow and gather into your lungs.

As we take three breaths,

In,

Out,

In,

Letting the energy collect into your lung,

Allowing your body to relax.

Once more,

In,

And as you breathe out,

You release this energy into another celestial balloon,

Watching it expand,

Seal,

And float away from you,

Feeling peaceful as it becomes smaller until it is gone,

Carried far into the cosmos.

The sun is now becoming a little brighter,

And you feel the warmth of it on your skin,

Reminding you that even after the darkest of times,

The light always returns.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your stomach.

Is there anything you are holding onto here,

Making your stomach churn,

Perhaps with anxiety or feelings of illness,

Uneasiness?

Whatever comes to mind,

Let the energy of that gather into your lungs with three breaths,

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Inhaling,

Collecting,

Exhaling,

Relaxing.

And a final breath,

Slow and deep,

Then exhaling every bit of it into another balloon that you then release to the sky,

Perhaps bringing a gentle smile to your face as you watch it fly away further and further until it is gone.

Next,

Bring your awareness to your heart.

What is in your heart that needs to be released?

Maybe feelings of sadness,

Heartache,

Or a sense of hardening that you want to soften.

Whatever comes to mind is perfect.

Let it gather in your lungs as we breathe in and out,

In and out,

Once more a full breath in,

Then releasing it into another balloon,

Which shimmers in the sunlight as it floats away,

Away,

Until it is gone.

Finally,

Bring your awareness to your head,

The place where your ego,

Your mind reside.

Are there thoughts here that keep circling,

Maybe causing feelings of stress or pressure?

Whatever comes to mind,

Gather the energy of it into your lungs as we breathe in and out,

Breathing in,

Gathering,

And out,

Relax.

Once more,

Inhaling,

Then breathing the energy out into the last balloon,

Which expands,

Seals,

And floats away,

Slowly but surely,

Growing smaller and smaller until you can no longer see it.

Now,

The morning is fully blooming.

The sun is radiant.

It is shining down upon your whole body.

The spaces that you have just cleared,

Let them be filled with the warmth and the codes of the sunlight as we take three more deep breaths with a sigh as we exhale,

Breathing in the light and releasing,

In and out,

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

I invite you now to place your hands over your heart and offer yourself a loving gratitude.

It is difficult to let go,

And it is a process.

Every step you can take in that direction is healing.

Now,

Whispering aloud or thinking silently to yourself,

I invite you to repeat after me,

I love you again.

I love you once more.

I love you.

Let your hands relax by your sides,

Coming back into your physical space,

Moving slowly,

Gently stretching and opening your eyes as you are ready.
