Getting into a comfortable position and closing your eyes when ready.

Bringing awareness to your breath.

Allowing it to slow and deepen.

Arriving here and now.

Honoring the present moment and whatever it is you are feeling.

Let's take a breath in together.

Exhale.

This dance of life.

Ever-changing.

Rearranging.

In and out we weave.

Ask yourself,

How are you handling the tumultuous times?

As the days go by,

Are you leaning more into trust or fear?

Is your heart soft and open or hard and closed?

Does your body respond with tension or is it able to stay relaxed?

Are the words you speak to others necessary and kind or reactive and harsh?

Most likely you are experiencing all of these and everything in between which is perfectly human.

As we ride the waves up and down all around it is so important for self and the collective to find balance within which is what we will be working on now.

Using our breath,

Imagination and connection to that which is greater than self we will create a space within.

A space of peace,

Beauty and harmony where we can let everything go and simply be for a short time.

Knowing that as we offer ourselves rest,

Care and love we are also offering this out to the world.

Keep in mind you may not experience this in a visual way.

It may be felt or sensed or simply heard.

However it is received is just as it should be.

Taking a moment to bring your awareness to your physical body.

Releasing any tightness or clenching.

Paying close attention to your belly,

Root,

Shoulders and jaw.

Allowing that softening as we breathe in together once more and out.

Imagining yourself now in a vast open white space like an empty canvas.

The possibilities of what can be created here are endless and you are the artist.

We will first connect to the heart of the earth.

Your heart connecting to her heart.

We will be drawing energy from below,

Inviting it to move through us before releasing it into this white space as a stroke of the paint brush.

Transforming it into something much more.

Let's begin.

Slowly inhale.

Drawing the earth's energy deeply into your being as you do so.

And as you exhale envisioning a ground forming beneath you.

Perhaps it is a grassy field,

A sandy beach,

A rocky path.

As long as you feel safe and held in this place it is perfect.

Continue to breathe slow and steady.

Feeling into that earth connection as you begin to welcome some plants into the space.

Maybe trees,

Flowers,

Herbs.

Whatever feels good and right.

Next inviting some small creatures of delight to join you.

What insects or animals bring you joy?

Let them come and take a few moments to simply enjoy the environment you are creating.

Let's take a breath in together and release.

Now connecting to the heart of the sky.

The clouds,

Sun,

The moon and the stars.

The cosmos and all that lies beyond.

As you slowly inhale draw this energy from above deeply into your being.

And as you exhale envision a sky forming.

What elements will bring you hope and wonder?

Let them come in as you gaze upward feeling more and more at ease.

Now connecting to the center of all that is.

Surrendering any need to know exactly what or where that is.

Trusting and inhaling slowly drawing this powerful source energy into the very core of your being where it moves through you as you exhale the frequencies of life itself that make your heart sing.

Perhaps love,

Laughter,

Song,

Renewal,

Inspiration.

Continue to breathe for a few moments more filling the air in your space with whatever is most resonant and supportive at this time.

Soaking in the waves of it.

Observing how you feel.

Before coming to a close let us share some of what has been cultivated for self with the earth and all who call her home.

Consider how you would like to do this.

Perhaps with your breath,

A silent prayer or another expression or offering.

Coming to completeness let us take one final breath in together through the nose,

Release through the mouth.

Welcoming you back into your physical space.

Gently opening your eyes when ready.
