My name is Andriana and I will be your guide today.
Our focus today will be working on our intuition.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated or lying position.
Inhale through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Again inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
One last time take a deep inhale through your nose filling up your stomach and your chest with that refreshing air and let it all out in a sigh.
Ah,
Feel your body getting looser as you inhale deeply through your nose and let it out forcefully through your nose.
Take each breath as an opportunity to relax different points of your body.
Inhale and exhale let your shoulders melt into the chair or bed.
Inhale again and exhale letting your chest melt.
Inhale and exhale letting your stomach and your hips relax.
Inhale and exhale letting your arms hang loose by your side.
Inhale and exhale let your legs hang loose or lie open.
Inhale one last time filling your stomach and your chest with clear breath and again sigh through your mouth.
Feel that deep relaxation in your body relish in this nice deep relaxation.
Now we're gonna focus on cultivating our intuition by focusing on our third eye chakra.
Think of the position in between your eyebrows that is where your third eye chakra is located.
When this chakra is working properly you'll find your intuition is very strong and you're able to use your gut feeling in a way that helps you reach your deeper purpose.
As you inhale imagine a white light is coming into you and is going up into that third eye and as you exhale feel any animosity any anxiety erase from yourself.
Inhale again focusing on that point and exhale.
Inhale again focusing on that point in between your eyebrows and exhale.
As you inhale and exhale at your own pace focusing on that point right in between your eyebrows I want you to think of these beautiful affirmations to help strengthen your third eye chakra your intuition and your gut feeling that will truly help you in reaching your goals your destiny and your life's desires.
I can trust myself I am capable I am smart I am worthy I can trust my gut I know I'm doing the right thing for me I will always listen to myself because I know what is best for me I believe in myself I am worthy of every amazing thing that comes into my life I am worthy of these amazing things because I trust myself I work hard I listen to my intuition and my gut feeling and they never let me down because I know these feelings are a part of my destiny and my true purpose in the world I'm on this world to do great things I believe in my greatness I believe in myself take a few moments in silence or to tell yourselves any affirmations that you need at this time this is the time for you your two minutes of silence begins now you you you it's time to come back to the physical world wiggle your fingers and toes bringing sensation back into your body waking your physical self up when you feel ready bring your hands into the middle of your chest feel that gentle heartbeat telling you to trust it to believe in it that it will tell you exactly what you need to do rub your hands together and place that heat over your eyes when you're ready remove your hands and open your eyes now you're ready to go out into the world trusting your heart and your intuition to lead you to the right way thank you for meditating with me namaste
