Hello and welcome to your morning practice.
We're going to take a few moments to bring positivity into our day.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
You can continue to lie down or sit in a chair and let your feet relax on the ground or sit in a cross-legged position with your hands open on your lap.
Rolling your shoulders back and down,
Allowing your heart to open to the sky.
Slightly lower your chin,
Allowing your neck to relax.
Allow your eyes to close.
We're going to take a few moments to connect with our breath and allow us to use our breath as a means to wake up and start our day.
We're going to begin by inhaling through your nose,
Filling your stomach and chest up with a cool,
Refreshing breath,
Allowing it to invigorate your whole body.
Then exhale through your mouth with a sigh.
Again,
Inhale through your nose,
Filling your stomach and chest up with that cool,
Refreshing breath.
And exhale with a sigh.
One last time,
Inhale through your nose,
Filling your body up more than you did the last time,
Reaching the brim of your breath.
Hold for a moment at the top and then exhale with a sigh.
We're going to take a few moments to repeat some positive affirmations that will start our day in a positive mindset.
That will help us continue to bring this positivity to the rest of our day.
I feel healthy and strong today.
I have all I need to make today a great day.
I have it within me to solve all challenges that occur today.
I am in control of my life and feelings.
I have people that love me.
I have a lot to be grateful for.
I am worthy of good things.
My happy thoughts become my reality.
I believe in myself.
I am becoming more successful each day.
Opportunities are all around me.
I am in charge of how I feel today and I am choosing happiness.
Today is going to be a great day.
Take a few moments to come up with your own affirmations that you feel you need on this day.
They can be as big or as small as you need them to be.

Take one last moment before we close this meditation to inhale through your nose filling your body up one last time.
And this time we're going to slowly exhale through our mouth letting our body take one last moment to relax before we end our practice.
We're going to bring our hands to our chest in a prayer position.
I'm going to thank ourselves for taking these 10 minutes this morning to start our day off with positivity.
When you're ready,
Going to rub your hands together and put them over your eyes.
Allow yourself to see all of these positive affirmations and positive attributes within yourself as you go along this day.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and take a nice stretch.
Now you're ready to take on the rest of your day.
