Bring your awareness to the breath,
Noticing any movement within the upper body as you breathe in and out.
No need in this moment to change the depth or the speed of your breath.
Just notice the flow,
Perhaps noticing the flow of the breath at the nostrils.
Noticing the contrast between the freshness of the in-breath and the relative warmth of the out-breath.
Gently allowing the out-breath to take you a little deeper within.
Each exhalation taking you a little deeper within.
Let's move down through the muscles of the body.
As I move down through each muscle group,
Time my words with your out-breath.
Imagine the muscle groups that I mention,

On each out-breath.
Let's start with the forehead,
The eyes,
