Hello friends,

Thank you for joining me in this space.

This meditation is a healing journey that we will take together.

For this practice,

I encourage you to focus on a very specific moment that you found to be challenging.

As we settle in,

Let us take a few deep breaths together.

Inhale Release Inhale Release Inhale Release Envision yourself in a beautiful meadow surrounded by flowers.

A stream is flowing beside you.

Each flower represents a moment in your day.

Focus now on that one flower,

That difficult time that you found to be challenging.

Bravely walk up to that flower and place it in the palm of your hand.

Let us take a moment to honor the emotions surrounding this flower.

Do you feel anger or sadness?

Perhaps you feel frustration or some other heaviness.

Understand that these emotions are messengers.

They urge us to look more closely.

As the flower rests in the palm of your hand,

Its petals gently open.

The petals reveal its message.

Ask the flower,

Why are you here?

Perhaps the flower is here to remind us,

To remind us to honor our truth.

Or maybe it is here to encourage us,

To encourage us to release a limiting belief about ourself or another.

Or maybe the flower is here to celebrate.

To celebrate the beauty of connection.

To celebrate the beauty of empathy.

The ability to feel another's pain.

Let us take a moment to honor the message.

When you are ready,

Walk to the water's edge.

Gently place the flower in the stream and watch the current carry it away.

This is the release.

The release creates space.

It creates space for our next step.

It enables us to heal.

The release honors the message.

It honors our spirit.

The release celebrates our resilience.

Thank you for your courage.

Thank you for your courage to feel deeply.

Your courage to listen to the lesson and your courage to heal.
