Welcome to this Heart Chakra guided meditation.
My name is Andrea Crisp,
And I will be your guide.
In this meditation,
We will be directing healing energy to our heart chakra through Reiki visualization practices and positive affirmations.
Let's now begin by finding a comfortable place either to sit or lie down.
Bring all your awareness and attention to your breath.
Notice how your body moves with each inhale and with each exhale.
Feel your chest and stomach expand as you breathe in,
And allow yourself to fully relax as you breathe out.
As you begin to take longer and deeper breaths,
Notice how the air feels as you breathe in,
Noticing the temperature,
And then feel your air against the throat as you breathe out through your mouth,
Each breath grounding you more and more.
Let's take a few more deep breaths and feel the flow of the air.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Let your chest and belly fully expand as you fill your lungs with the air,
And then exhale slowly and fully through your mouth.
Notice any tension that you may have or you may be feeling.
Bring awareness to any sensation in your body,
And feel the points of contact with the surface beneath you,
And notice the support that it provides.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center,
Located in the middle of your chest.
I invite you to visualize a radiant green light glowing brightly at the center,
The light of your heart chakra.
Feel its warmth and gentle energy expanding with each breath that you take.
As you continue to breathe,
Allow this light to grow stronger and more vibrant,
Filling your entire chest cavity with its healing energy.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing in love,
Compassion,
Kindness from the universe,
Allowing these positive energies to nourish and replenish your heart chakra.
With each exhale,
Release any feelings of resentment,
Anger,
Or pain that may be weighing heavy on your heart,
Releasing any emotional baggage,
Negative emotions that no longer serve you.
As you breathe deeply and rhythmically,
Visualize your heart chakra expanding and opening like a beautiful delicate flower,
Blooming in the warmth of the sun.
Feel its petals unfolding with each breath,
Inviting in love,
Joy,
And harmony into your life.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Embracing the beauty and radiance of your heart's energy.
Now bring your attention to any areas of resistance that you may be feeling in your heart chakra,
And without judgment,
Simply observe these sensations and use your breath to breathe life into each area with compassion and acceptance.
Visualize the healing light of your heart chakra moving any barriers or obstacles,
Allowing the energy to flow freely and unobstructed.
Now allow the power of these affirmations to strengthen this visualization even more.
I invite you to affirm these affirmations to yourself silently in your mind or out loud.
I am ready and open to receive love.
I am worthy of receiving love unconditionally.
I forgive myself and others releasing any past hurts.
I am at peace with myself.
I take time to nourish my whole self.
I trust that everything is unfolding perfectly.
I radiate love to all living beings.
I am grateful for the abundance of love in my life.
I am connected to the divine source of love.
I create loving and nurturing relationships.
Allow these positive affirmations to fill your entire being,
Reinforcing the activation and alignment of your heart chakra.
Take a few moments to bask in the warmth and radiance of your heart chakra,
Feeling grateful for the love and abundance that surrounds you,
That is in you.
Allowing yourself to be filled with a sense of deep gratitude and appreciation for the gift of life and all of its blessings.
Know that you can return to this heart chakra meditation whenever you feel the need to reconnect with loving energy within you and give thanks to the universe and to yourself for taking this time to connect with your heart chakra.
And when you feel ready,
Gently bring awareness back to your physical body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Slowly reawakening your senses and take a final deep breath.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
