Welcome to this Crown Chakra guided meditation with Reiki.
My name is Andrea Crisp,
And I'll be your guide.
In this meditation,
We will be directing healing energy to our Crown Chakra through visualization and affirmations.
I invite you to find a comfortable place either to sit or lie down.
Bring all of your awareness and attention to your breath.
Notice how your body moves with each breath as you inhale and exhale,
Slow and gentle.
Feel your chest and stomach expand as you breathe in,
And relax as you breathe out.
Now begin to take longer and deeper breaths in through your nose,
Noticing how the air feels as you inhale.
Feel the air against your throat as you exhale through your mouth.
Notice the rise and fall of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
This is a beautiful moment to reconnect with your body,
Feeling the points of contact with the surface beneath you,
Whether it's on a couch or a bed,
Maybe even sitting on the grass outside.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into this support.
And as you tune into these sensations,
Let go of any of the tension that you are feeling or discomfort that you may have in your body,
Allowing yourself to fully relax into this present moment.
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,
To the location of your crown chakra.
Visualize a glowing violet light shining brightly at the center.
This is the light of divine connection.
Feel its gentle and expansive energy enveloping your entire being,
Creating a sense of unity and oneness with divine love.
And with each breath,
Allow this light to grow stronger and more radiant,
Illuminating your spiritual path.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine the energy of your crown chakra expanding and opening like a blossoming lotus flower,
Reaching toward the heavens,
Feeling its divine presence connecting you to the infinite wisdom and God consciousness.
Embrace the sensations of peace and tranquility as your crown chakra comes into balance.
With each inhale,
Visualize drawing in divine light,
Guidance and inspiration from universal divine love.
Allow these sacred energies to nourish and uplift your crown chakra.
With each exhale,
Release any attachments to your ego or identity that may be blocking your connection to the divine.
Let go of any resistance or barriers to experiencing the fullness of spiritual awakening.
And as you breathe deeply and rhythmically,
Allow yourself to surrender to the divine flow of energy that surrounds you.
Trust in the wisdom and guidance of divine love.
Give yourself permission to let go of control and surrender to divine will.
Allow your consciousness to expand beyond the limitations of the physical world and embrace the boundless possibilities of spiritual enlightenment.
Now I invite you to bring your attention to any areas of tension or resistance that you may be feeling in your crown chakra.
Without judgment or resistance,
Simply observe these sensations and breathe into them with compassion and acceptance.
Visualize the healing light of your crown chakra gently dissolving any barriers or blocks.
Allow the energy to flow freely and unobstructed.
Let's allow the power of affirmations to strengthen this visualization even more as you affirm these positive affirmations to yourself silently.
I am connected to the divine source of all creation.
I am guided by the wisdom and love of universal divine love.
I surrender to the divine flow of life and trust in the journey of my soul.
I am a vessel of divine love and light.
I let go of any attachments.
I am connected to a limitless source of creativity,
Abundance,
Happiness,
And love.
I am always divinely and lovingly guided.
I openly accept spiritual guidance from divine love.
I honor the divine within me.
Take a few moments to bask in the radiance of your crown chakra.
Feeling grateful for the connection to the divine love that resides within you.
Allow yourself to be filled with a sense of deep gratitude and appreciation for the gift of spiritual awakening and enlightenment.
Now gently bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Slowly reawakening your senses.
Trusting in the power of your crown chakra to guide you on your journey towards spiritual enlightenment and unity with divine love.
Give thanks to the universe and to yourself for taking this time to connect with your crown chakra.
