Today,
We're going to share a teaching that has transformed our life.
One time in the rainforest,
An elder taught me something that was so profound,
Related to this possibility that we have to interpret.
I want to confess that when I began this whole spiritual path to get to know something bigger,
Within the search of the soul that says that there must be something more.
When I was just beginning,
There was an aspect in my life that drained all of my energy.
And it was this habit to want to know the answers to and to interpret everything that happened in my life.
So there was a tendency to interpret my dreams,
To interpret anything and everything that happened in my life.
Until one day in the jungle,
I asked an elder about a dream that I had and I said,
What does this mean?
And the elder smiling said,
What does your dream mean?
Nothing,
Son.
Your dreams don't come to mean anything.
Dreams are a natural way of our being to cleanse.
All of these experiences that we live through our dreams,
They come as an act of cleansing.
Because our being is designed to cleanse.
Everything that we don't need naturally will come out of our body,
Out of our being,
On all the aspects.
And when we fall asleep,
Then our being also cleanses emotions,
Sensations,
Things that we've seen.
And so the majority of dreams,
Said the elder,
Are just cleansing,
Cleansing,
Cleansing so that we can live a lighter life.
Even when we have nightmares,
He said,
You can get happy.
Because they are fears that are accumulated and they came out through the dreams.
And it's more,
Son.
I am going to teach you something.
Do you want your life to change,
He said.
Don't interpret anything.
And I said,
Why,
Grandfather?
Because through interpretation,
You are draining a lot of energy.
And you are opening a huge door to uncertainty.
And through uncertainty comes fear.
And our ego has the tendency to feed the fear.
And to make it real.
And the manner in which we feed it and feed it,
It gains more strength.
It gains more life.
All of us have a tendency to want to resolve our life out of reason.
But through our reason,
The answers don't come.
The answers come through silence.
When you stop interpreting,
It's because you are recognizing that there is an immense mystery that has a directionality in this creation.
And this immense mystery is an infinite fountain of love.
And so if we leave everything in the hands of the mystery,
This infinite fountain of love knows what to do with everything that passes through us.
And when you don't interpret,
Then you are taking your life in your hands.
This will change your life,
Said the elder.
At the beginning,
It's always more difficult to stop interpreting because this is a deep-seated habit.
Because we always want to know the meaning of things that happen to us.
And the elder never said that this is bad.
But he simply said that there is a better way.
That it was an act of humility to simply leave all of the meaning,
Everything,
Put it in the hands of the Great Spirit.
Because when Spirit wants to speak to you truthfully,
It is not there to confuse us.
When Spirit gives us an answer,
It is clear and precise.
And so if Spirit wants to reveal something to you through your dreams,
It is so clear that there is no need to interpret.
And in this way,
We can also identify the answers that come directly from the source,
From the fountain.
Because they are so clear.
And when they are not clear,
We simply leave them to Spirit.
And that if in any moment it needs to reveal an answer,
Spirit knows when.
And so we simply wait.
And just like this,
Everything that we feel,
Everything that we dream,
In due time is revealed by itself.
And there is nothing to analyze.
When we deposit all of our energy in an interpretation,
That begins to weaken us.
The Elder would say,
Save that energy.
Save it as a treasure.
And your life will begin to move fluidly,
Without effort.
And you will see how everything falls into place by itself.
And so we are sharing this so that we can make our loads lighter.
How would our life be if we don't interpret anything?

Our being begins to align itself with the natural flow of creation.
In the nature,
Nothing is interpreting anything.
Because if we look well in creation,
Everything lets itself be carried and moved by this natural force of Spirit that moves everything.
And in this way,
We also start to learn to go through life serene and detached.
Our mind begins to become clear.
Our words become clear.
And like this,
We learn from the mastery of nature.
And how this mastery also moves within us.
Without forcing or interpreting.
Recognizing that there is an infinite power that is love.
That knows where it is going with all of creation.
We recognize that nothing has gotten out of the hands of Spirit.
And that everything that exists has a purpose in itself.
But in the moment,
It doesn't even correspond for us to know what that purpose is.
We simply let ourselves be guided by creation.
We let ourselves be guided by our own nature.
Without interpreting.
And we begin to feel in our body,
Which is our sensor.
If it feels good,
That stays within.
Having that same impact in ourselves,
In our life.
And if there's a sensation or a thought,
An idea that is bringing heaviness,
That is confusing us,
That is bringing density.
We simply let it pass through.
Let it move along through us.
And that's all it is.
It is just passing through.
And we don't hold it.
We don't grip onto it within us.
So that it doesn't drain our energy.
And in this way,
We begin to learn to direct our life by the hand of a greater power.
And in due time,
The answers come.
And how do I identify an answer that comes from Spirit?
Because it feels beautiful.
Because it brings peace.
And Spirit is beauty and peace.
It's love.
And it has directionality in itself.
And this is how we put our life in the hands of the power that knows where it is going with this whole creation.
Without draining our own limited energy.
That energy stays within us.
And that energy knows how to open the paths.
That energy knows how to put everything in its place.
By itself.
This was the gift that the Elder gave us when he taught us to not interpret.
And in this way,
We live our life as a family,
In partnership.
Giving everything to the Great Spirit.
Doing what corresponds to us.
Being present.
Because interpretation moves us outside of time.
It always puts us in the future or the past.
Opening that door to uncertainty.
And when we don't interpret,
We are closing that door to uncertainty.
And we become more real in our day to day.
Enjoying the simple things.
Very grateful that we always have this possibility to not interpret.
And to simply be.
In the presence and in the grace of a greater power.
