And so we are going to return to our heart.
Because when we are experiencing all of that pain,
All of that frustration,
All of our being has a point of focus that is called the ego or our mind.
And so then we are out of the present time.
We are feeding the sadness of a memory.
That feeling of not having something or not having someone.
And we are feeding that pain.
And so there we have a beautiful opportunity to change our relationship to what happens to us.
And to simply amidst the sadness say,
Well,
This is a blessing.
What can I do to make out of this a blessing?
And so we are going to remember once again the design of this universe within us.
And this design is that my ego gives me suffering and my heart gives me peace and beauty.
And so then I go to my heart.
It simply requires a small instant.
And even amidst the sadness and the pain,
I bring a memory of peace.
I create a beautiful vision of the being that I want to be.
And that is like lighting a light in the darkness.
Because that single instant of power resounds in the entire universe and it returns to me with so much force that it has the power to transform me.
It's like when the baby is coming out of the mother's womb.
That it is said that the mom is going to give light.
In Spanish it sounds this way.
To birth is to give light.
So I am going to give light.
I am going to clear myself in the middle of the darkness.
I am going to inhabit my heart.
But it requires decision.
And it begins with the intention of doing it.
And the more I sustain this vision,
More power that this vision will start to have.
And that is to empower yourself.
That is the beautiful possibility that absolutely all of us have.
It doesn't matter how big your problem is.
I can in any moment go to my heart.
Because always,
Absolutely always,
Eternally I will have this tool.
That is called the heart.
Fountain of well-being.
Origin of the power of love.
So wishing for all of us that this act of going to our heart,
We can do it as many times as possible.
That the more we feed this vision,
The more power it will have.
But we know that when we are in a state of that darkness,
That darkness will always return.
It's not about starting a battle.
It's about starting an adventure.
And getting to the point even of making it fun.
So if ten times the sadness comes to me,
Then ten times I will place some light from my heart.
And I imagine myself smiling and at peace.
And if a hundred times the sadness comes,
Then a hundred times I go to my heart.
Until it becomes fun.
It becomes a beautiful game.
Like when the day and the night play.
Until you comprehend that it is part of the experience of our path on this earth.
So the moment comes when I can be at peace with the pain.
And there may even come a moment when I only become a spectator of that pain.
And there is a part of me that is eternal that will know that this pain is passing.
So in this way,
Wishing that you can make of your life a big adventure between your mind and your heart.
That we can make out of our life a beautiful life.
That we can give everything that happens to us to the love that has everything with a purpose in this universe.
