Hello dear listener, This is my first podcast episode ever, in which I discuss how to listen to your subconscious records, but before doing that, you have to be ready... ready to explore your amazingness and complexity, ready to hug yourself and accept all there is that is deeply engraved inside of you. I share with you my own story and how I am managing some of those beliefs deepened inside, you can also tune in to yourself, and listen to all the signs once you are ready. I hope you enjoy!

Hello and welcome to this first episode of my podcast.

This is just going to be casual talk kind of session.

I'm just going to share some of the things that have worked in my life,

Things that I've been implementing and that have been helpful in terms of dealing with today's topic.

It's going to be about the growth mindset and how to get rid of overcome self-destruction and limiting beliefs,

Which I definitely suffered with in the past and sometimes they come back.

I admit it was a little bit of a shock to me because I thought that I was a sole believer that after I've been in this fixed mindset,

I flipped everything like 360.

I was like,

No,

I meant to say 180.

We are what we want to be.

I left my home country and I finished my studies abroad and I moved to several places all of a sudden.

And I just lost that support system or the family support system.

So I didn't lose it.

I just missed it in my day to day life.

So there was no direct contact there.

And then that's a little bit of a loss of identity over there because you're not used to the people around.

You're not also like feeling that you belong.

And I also couldn't really communicate so much with the people that I used to communicate with.

And so it became so hard to just build up from there.

And so I saw myself as someone that is lonely.

And here comes the paradigm.

Here comes the belief system.

A big part of me was thinking that I do not belong.

But what happens is also when I go back home and then I am back home,

I also do not belong there anymore.

This is just to give you an example about my story with this belief that I quote to quote,

I am alone kind of belief was induced because I left my country and because I didn't find that I was blending in,

In either this environment or my old environment.

So it was kind of lost.

But that loss triggered in me this belief that I will never find that balance again.

I will never belong again,

Which is scary,

Which is not true.

It's just something that we develop inwardly.

And what it took me,

It just took me some time to notice that I have this repetitive cycle of just leaving all the relationships I'm in.

Or whenever I would start to have friendships and develop people around,

I'll just run away or end things easily or just say,

Okay,

So we don't really have so much in common,

So I guess this is the goodbye sign here.

And I gave up on so many relationships in that regards,

But it was not because there was nothing left to hold on to.

It was because of this subconscious belief system that's been engraved in me that I will always be lonely and I would probably never have friendships ever.

And other things obviously get added to that.

So for example,

A feeling of betrayal from a best friend that you've had in your childhood years and you're like,

Okay,

So now this is reinforced.

So now we're talking,

Oh my God,

Of course,

Nothing's going to happen.

But this is not your conscious mind,

This is your subconscious talking.

So how do you listen to your subconscious?

Your subconscious is such an amazing machine.

It's your black box.

It's the thing that records every single bad situation in your life and it tells your body and it tells your system,

Your entire existence is based on this code.

So it's like a code that is written in this command prompt and it's written that when this situation happens,

We are meant to do this and this and that.

So it's a conditioning system.

It tells you exactly what to do in some certain situations.

And your subconscious wants to protect you.

So every time you get hurt,

It takes the exact same setting,

Exact details of the event,

It remembers everything.

So that's why when you have this,

For example,

Let's say when someone is being harassed by someone and they were put in some certain perfume or something,

Whenever they smell that perfume again,

It's a trigger.

So it's a trigger for them because they just,

Everything comes back.

Their subconscious is just keeping them alert like,

Hey,

You shouldn't be around because you remember what happened last time but it's just a perfume and you're totally okay and your existential mind and your consciousness,

It's all good.

Everything is fine.

But inwardly,

Your body is reacting because your subconscious is your body.

And once you learn that your subconscious is your body and you want to control it,

Then you become to,

You begin to actually see the patterns.

You see and you notice things.

And so how I started doing this is by just looking and noticing and watching my body.

And I find that the practice of meditating,

Breath work and energy healing,

Everything in these lines,

Walking meditations,

Laying down,

Yoga nidra,

All of these beautiful things that are facilitated right now these days.

Everything is easy to access and really just anything that will help you listen to your body and check in on the daily.

And so once I started to really listen to my body and to connect with it,

Listen to it,

Check in on the daily with myself and just ask myself,

How are you feeling today?

I ask my hands,

How are you feeling today?

My feet,

My eyes,

My heart,

My everything.

I just check in with myself and I establish this beautiful relationship,

Every single part of my body.

And once you start loving your body and loving yourself in that way that is so unconditional,

You become so forgiving.

You become so forgiving in accepting of everything that's been,

That's happened that you really didn't like maybe at some certain point.

You don't like that you thought about this belief.

Like for example I had a hard time believing that it was me that was creating this loneliness around me.

Because I don't want to be alone but God,

It was there inside all the time.

And sometimes if you don't take the time to accept things as they are and to just rise above those negative feelings and instead just hug yourself,

Give yourself some love and not judge yourself.

Because when that happens everything just becomes so easy,

Everything floats to you and signals just come and keep on coming from the universe.

And from the universe and your body is connected,

Everything is like a beautiful floating thing and in this universe,

In this medium you're just going around your life and everything is so easy.

Your relationships are easy,

Your love to yourself is easy,

You don't torture yourself as much with thoughts and overthinking because you know that whatever is going to happen is the right thing.

Because you establish this connection,

This depth within.
