Hello my friend,
And welcome.
This is Anapashyanti,
And today we're going to do something bold.
Today we're going to stop waiting for enlightenment to strike us with a lightning bolt,
And we're going to bravely call forth Source Consciousness into our awareness,
So we can truly feel it in every cell and particle of our being a little more each day.
When we do this,
Not only do we feel connected and supported by the Divine,
But we also gain access to an infinite source of power and light that we can use to create positive changes in our lives and in the world around us.
Now,
This is really a process of remembering,
Because the Divine is never separate from us,
But if we want to be more conscious of it,
How exactly do we go looking for a treasure that is hidden in plain sight?
Ramana Maharshi,
A supremely enlightened master in India,
Gave us the image of the Pearl Diver.
The Pearl Diver straps a heavy stone to his waist with a rope,
And dives down to the bottom of the ocean to collect the pearl from its hiding place within its shell,
Buried in the sand at the bottom of the sea.
To find our source,
He says,
We must dive deep into our heart to find the pearl of the Absolute,
Our I AM Presence.
So that is what we will do.
Now let us begin by closing our eyes,
Taking some deep breaths in,
And exhaling slowly.
Allow your body to find a comfortable position,
And really start to relax.
Bring all of your awareness back from wherever it has been,
To be present right here,
Right now.
And then place all of your attention in your body,
Filling up your whole body,
And feeling all the physical sensations that arise,
And just allowing them.
Really settle in,
And feel yourself sinking into the chair you're sitting on.
Feel the support of Mother Earth below you now,
As you ground your energy down into her loving embrace.
Feel the Earth reaching up to hold you,
Keeping you safe.
From this safe place,
Now place your awareness on your heart.
It is safe to be present here with your heart in this moment.
Keeping your awareness on your heart,
Allow your heart to soften and relax.
And feel as it opens up little by little,
Expanding and softening,
Revealing its treasures within.
As your heart expands,
It grows larger and softer,
Allowing you to peer inside.
And in the darkness of your mysterious,
Magnificent heart,
You perceive a tiny spark of light in the center,
In the center of your chest.
This is the pearl,
Your true divine essence.
As you gaze and wonder at this beautiful spark of light,
Allow it to expand,
Until it is the size of a candle flame.
And this little light continues to expand,
Becoming a glowing ball of light that now begins to fill your whole chest with the light of divine awareness.
Allow it to get bigger still,
And sense this ball of light expanding out beyond your body,
As big as the room you're in.
Let it expand to become even larger than the building you're in,
Larger than the town that you're in.
It's expanding rapidly now,
Beyond the country you're in,
And even the whole planet.
Expanding beyond the solar system now,
Beyond our galaxy,
Merging with the light of the stars.
Allow this light to expand out beyond the edges of the universe,
Further out,
Even into the infinite void beyond the universe.
Bask in the stillness of the infinite,
As you merge your awareness with the infinite ocean of peace in and around you.
And feel the love now arising from the source field,
Saturating your heart and the entire universe,
As you perceive everything that exists to be a part of you.
It's easy now to notice if there's any resistance to this oneness that's coming to your attention.
Perhaps there's a feeling of doubt that whispers,
Is this really possible for me?
Just let that whisper of doubt exist without judging it.
Just feel it in your body,
As source consciousness welcomes it fully.
Notice that the feeling may move and shift on its own,
As you keep your loving attention on it.
And then notice that it starts to dissolve in the light of your awareness,
As your awareness is magnified by the eternal presence of source.
As it dissolves in that ocean of pure peace and acceptance,
In that ocean of pure possibility that is your divine source.
Intend,
With divine support,
That the remnants of that doubt be recycled and transmuted,
Into a beautiful blessing for yourself and all beings.
Intend that all beings be blessed with the unshakable confidence and certainty of knowing their true essence as source itself.
Now the ocean of infinite power and possibility lights up even more as your blessing is received.
You are fully in the ocean of power and light,
Saturated by the love of unity and integration with all things.
And you even feel the power of all those unrealized possibilities just waiting for you to create something beautiful.
Because in this state,
Your personal will is united with the divine will.
And so you'll naturally create a life for yourself that is in alignment with the highest good of all.
What will you create?
Truly,
You have discovered the treasure hidden in plain sight.
You have found the pearl.
