Rise and shine my love.
Welcome to this morning's guided meditation for positive energy and manifestation.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
You can sit on a cushion on the floor or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
Allow your hands to rest on your knees or on your lap,
Palms facing up.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Repeat this a few times until you feel relaxed and centered.
Now imagine a bright light shining down on you from above,
Filling you with positive energy and warmth.
Imagine this light as a beam of sunshine,
Surrounding you and illuminating your entire being from head to toe.
Allow yourself to bask in the light and feel its positive energy flowing through you,
Protecting you and guiding you.
If you feel that your body is holding on to anxiety,
Now is the time to let it go.
Inhale your deepest strength from your core and exhale the tension that no longer serves you.
Inhale and let it go.
Today is a new day,
A fresh start with endless opportunities,
A chance to shine bright.
This is the time to believe in yourself and trust the journey.
I know that sometimes it can be hard to get out of bed in the morning,
Especially if you've been feeling tired or overwhelmed.
But I want you to know that you have the power to choose how you start your day.
You can either drag yourself out of bed or you can embrace the day and make it your own.
And it all starts right now,
With how you approach this new day.
Let's begin your day with gratitude.
Bring to mind something that you're grateful for.
It can be a person,
A situation or anything else that comes to mind.
Focus on it and allow yourself to feel a sense of gratitude for it.
Allow this feeling of gratitude to fill your entire body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Take a moment to express your gratitude.
You can say it out loud or repeat it silently to yourself.
Let's take a few moments to set an intention for the day.
It can be a simple phrase like I am exactly where I need to be or I am confident and focused.
Repeat this intention to yourself a few times and allow it to sink in.
Now visualize yourself in a situation that you want to manifest in your life.
It could be a new job,
A relationship,
A home or anything else that you desire.
Imagine this situation in great detail using all of your senses.
See yourself in that situation.
Hear the sounds around you,
Feel the sensations in your body and even smell the scents in the air.
Allow yourself to fully experience the situation as if it's already happening right now.
I'm going to give you a few moments to visualize yourself experiencing that situation.
Believe that this manifestation is already on its way to you and that you are worthy and deserving of it.
Take a few deep breaths in and out.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Take a moment to ground yourself and bring yourself back to the present moment.
Know that this meditation is a powerful tool for manifesting positive energy and bringing your desires into your reality.
Use it as often as you like to help you create the life that you truly desire.
