Hello and welcome to this meditation on believing in your sense of worthiness.

So often we are taught to measure our own worth through what we achieve,

How we appear,

Or how well we please others.

But our worthiness is not earned.

It is remembered.

Our worthiness lives in the quiet,

Beneath all the noise.

It is the breath that never stopped.

It is the presence that has always been there.

And this meditation is an invitation to come home to yourself,

To meet the parts of you that have forgotten their own beauty,

And to hold them in the warmth of compassion.

There is no need to force anything here.

You don't need to try to believe that you are worthy.

Just allow this experience to unfold and let your system receive what it is ready for.

All of you is welcome here.

The part of you that feels confident and the parts that still ache to be seen.

You belong in your entirety.

So whenever you are ready,

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or laying down,

And we will begin.

Take a soft,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your belly expand,

And exhale softly out through your mouth.

Take two more deep breaths,

Just like that,

Feeling the air moving through you.

A quiet reminder that life is always there,

Flowing without your effort.

Let your shoulders drop,

Unclench your jaw,

And soften the space between your brows.

Let the ground beneath you hold you completely.

And notice how it supports you without asking anything in return.

And let your breath find its own rhythm.

And bring your attention into your whole body and notice what is there,

What is present for you now.

A sensation,

A tightness,

A flutter,

A warmth,

Or perhaps numbness.

There is no right or wrong way to feel.

We are simply noticing.

Now,

Softly whisper to yourself,

Within yourself,

The word worthy.

And let it echo gently through your body.

Worthy.

And notice what happens inside as you hear it.

Maybe something in you relaxes,

Or maybe a part of you tightens or pulls away.

If that happens,

Let it be okay.

You might even quietly say,

Hi.

I see you.

I am here for you.

Know that every response here is welcome.

We are made of many parts,

Each carrying their own story,

Their own way of keeping us safe.

And perhaps there is a part that doubts your worth.

A part that believes it must earn love.

A part that says,

Not yet.

Not yet.

Not me.

Can you let that part know it doesn't have to hide right now?

You might imagine turning towards it with kindness.

And placing a hand where it lives in your body.

Maybe on your heart or any other place you notice this part.

And can you affirm to this part how much they have carried for you?

How much they try to protect you in the only way that they knew how.

And thank them.

Notice your breath deepens as this part begins to feel seen.

No fixing.

No forcing.

Just presence.

And now imagine a beautiful,

Soft,

Golden light glowing right in your chest.

With every inhale,

It grows a little bit brighter.

A little bit warmer.

This is the light of your worth.

This is the essence that has always been within you.

It doesn't come from what you do,

How much you've healed,

Or whether you believe in it today.

It simply is.

And let that light fill your ribcage,

Your shoulders,

Your neck.

Let it flow into your face,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your belly and your back.

Let it flow further into both your legs and your feet.

Until every part of you is held in this gentle radiance.

And this light doesn't ask you to be anyone else.

It affirms to you.

You are already enough.

You are already worthy.

Even the parts that can't believe it yet are worthy of love.

Even the parts of you that ache to be fixed deserve to rest in this light.

Now invite all your parts to gather close.

And let your calm,

Compassionate self embrace them in warmth.

And affirm to them,

You are loved exactly as you are.

You are deserving of great things.

You are whole,

Complete,

And perfect as you are.

Feel what happens in your body as these words settle in.

Stay here for a few breaths.

Just resting in this truth that nothing needs to be different for you to be enough.

As we close out,

Taking one last soft,

Deep breath in.

And exhaling gently.

Feeling the weight of your body.

How the ground below you holds you and supports you.

Noticing the quiet rhythm of your heart.

You are worthy.

You always have been worthy.

And you always will be.
