Good morning.

This is your wake-up call for inspiration.

The sun is shining.

It's going to be a great day.

We will tap into its energy to create a day of inner peace,

Positive energy and success.

Let's begin by closing your eyes.

Take a moment to visualize your day.

It's a sacred time.

Take a long,

Deep and slow breath in,

Hold for a few seconds and release it slowly through your mouth.

We will do this morning breath two more times to allow the body to fully relax.

Breathe in,

Breathe out through your mouth.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Be comfortable.

Find a comfortable breathing pattern.

Your body knows how to be calm.

Let's invite the body and the mind to relax so that we can find a place of inspiration in this meditation.

Place your attention on your toes and feet and allow them to relax.

Move your attention to your legs and hips.

Let them rest.

Pay attention to your torso,

Arms,

Hands and fingers.

Allow them to rest where it's most comfortable.

Move your attention to your shoulders.

Take a deep breath in and on the breath out let your shoulders drop.

Take another breath and drop your shoulders a bit more.

Take a breath in and allow your neck to relax on the breath out.

Place your attention on your face.

Relax the muscles of your face.

Relax your jaw,

Cheeks and eyelids.

Allow your forehead to relax a bit more.

Lastly,

Let your scalp relax fully.

Think of the morning sunlight,

That gentle orange light rising every morning and honoring life by sprinkling energy on the planet.

This powerful energy supports everything.

It supports you.

As you breathe in and out,

Keep focusing your attention on that tender morning light of the sun.

Imagine that you can breathe into this morning light.

As you breathe into the light,

Bring the light into your body.

With each breath in and out,

See the light expanding.

Bring the morning sunlight into your room.

See the light expanding further and bring it into your home.

Give yourself a bit more of the morning light.

You deserve it.

Bring the light back into your heart and visualize it spreading throughout your body,

Healing every cell.

Allow the morning light to find a comfortable level of limb in each cell.

Feel free to adjust it as you breathe.

Keep breathing the light until you feel that your body can hold the morning light within.

Now send the light into your day,

Opening ways,

Opportunities,

Creating flexibility and setting the right circumstances ahead.

Allow the light to bless your work and all that you do.

Feel your space.

Feel the surface you are sitting on.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
