Welcome to your birth manifestation meditation.
Sitting upright in a comfortable seat.
You can have your hips raised on a cushion.
Palms up or palms down in your lap.
Take a deep inhale into the bottom of your belly.
Exhale away.
Inhale filling the lungs with air.
Feeling the spine elongate.
Exhale softening the shoulders away from the ears.
Softening the space in between the eyebrows.
Allowing yourself to fall into relaxation.
Continue to focus into your breath.
With each breath coming out of your mind further and deeper into your body.
Paying attention to the contact points on the earth.
Feeling into each intricate movement that your body makes with each and every breath.
Now taking in a deep breath and thinking about how you want to feel after the birth of your baby.
When you're in that moment of baby cuddles,
Skin to skin,
Breath feeding.
How did you want to feel in that moment?
Did you want to feel connected with your baby?
Fulfilled with your birth experience?
Powerful on your amazing achievement in whichever form that came in.
That feeling that you want to feel,
Hold that in your body right now.
Feel into that emotional response that you wish to have with your baby after birth.
Visualizing holding your baby,
Them feeding,
Them being skin to skin and your feeling these emotions.
Creating that beautiful appertance with baby.
Instinctive inclination,
Attraction and natural bond.
Now think about the feeling you want in your labor.
How you see yourself coping with contractions.
How you see your loved ones supporting you.
How you want to feel in your labor.
Strong,
Intuitive,
Trusting of your body.
Extreme gratitude for your body performing this amazing task.
What feeling do you want to experience in your labor?
Take a deep inhale in and breathe into this feeling.
Really visualizing yourself in your labor.
Experiencing contractions.
Having your loved ones around you.
And really feel into this.
Visualize this strength and power in your labor.
Without running away with the story or delving into daydream.
Remaining strictly in the feeling.
If you notice fears arise in your thoughts about your birth experience.
Simply close the door on that fear.
Do not allow it to have a voice right now.
And tell yourself the opposite of what that fear is telling you.
Don't give that fear any attention.
You can do this mama.
Your body will give birth as designed.
What will be will be.
Have faith in the process.
