Beautiful divine soul,
And welcome into this divinely guided meditation.
If you clicked on this meditation,
You may be seeking some form of divine guidance or some form of direction.
This happens to the best of us,
Sweet love.
Throughout this human experience,
We're presented with so many different options,
So many choices.
Some choices may be bigger than others,
More significant.
But we must remember that we always have a choice,
For we live in a limitless universe with infinite possibilities.
Maybe you're at a crossroads in your life,
Or maybe there's something that you've been seeking divine guidance with,
But either way,
You're safe here.
In this meditation,
We're going to be opening up our crown chakra,
Our channel to the divine.
We're going to be clearing out any energy that may be stagnant or stuck,
Or blocking us from hearing this intuitive wisdom that is always here for us.
It can be overwhelming sometimes to be presented with so many different options or so many different choices.
And a lot of that comes from the outside noise or the monkey mind.
So first,
We'll start by getting clear.
Once our channel is clear,
We'll be in this space that we are able to receive the divine guidance and intuitive wisdom that is always available to us.
I invite you now to get as comfortable as possible.
You may want to lay down for this meditation,
But if you choose to sit,
Please sit in a comfortable seated position,
Either with your legs crossed or your feet planted firmly on Mother Earth.
The most important thing is to be comfortable,
To allow your body to settle in to support your physical vessel and to trust.
Make any last movements that you need.
Maybe unclenching your jaw,
Releasing any tension from your shoulders.
If you are laying down,
Maybe even shimmying your shoulders underneath your body,
Creating even more length,
Even more space.
Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Feeling as comfortable as possible.
Whenever you feel ready,
You may close your eyes and trust that this time is here for you to journey,
To journey within,
To open up this channel to this intuitive wisdom that is always available to us.
We'll start by bringing in the conscious awareness of the breath,
As this will be an anchor for this meditation practice.
Breathing in this clean fresh air,
Feeling it completely embodying our life force,
Our physical vessel,
Releasing the breath with so much gratitude and love.
Consciously choosing to inhale peace,
Clarity,
Calmness,
And exhaling anything that would maybe keep you from being fully present here in this moment,
Letting it all go,
Knowing that this time is for you.
Feeling this calmness of the breath,
The sacred gift,
Continuing to let the breath flow in and out of the body,
Deepening the breath,
Knowing that if any point in time throughout this meditation,
Your mind begins to wander,
Or maybe you start to think of other things,
Gently bring yourself back to this cyclical rhythm of the breath,
Just like a wave in the ocean,
Ebbing and flowing,
Going in and out,
Providing peace.
I invite you to begin to imagine now that there is a beautiful iridescent purple orb hovering just about 3 or 4 inches above the crown of your head.
See it.
Imagining that you're opening up your mind's eye to see this beautiful orb,
Its shimmering essence.
What does it look like?
Continue to breathe deep as you visualize this orb.
Maybe you even begin to feel it.
Maybe you're feeling tingles above the crown of your head or perhaps even on the crown of your head.
Invite it in.
Imagine now that this beautiful iridescent orb is growing larger and larger above your crown.
Maybe it's even spinning.
As it's getting bigger and bigger,
You feel more and more relaxed.
This orb now begins to enter into the crown of your head.
As it does,
You may feel more of the tingling sensations.
Trust whatever is happening for your own personal unique experience.
Allow.
As this iridescent orb enters through the crown of your head,
You feel it as it slowly starts to make its way down your entire physical vessel.
Moving through the head,
The face,
The back of the head,
The ears,
The neck.
Feel it as it's clearing your central channel now.
Moving down further,
Making its way through the top of the spine.
You can feel as it slowly makes its way down your spine.
This powerful central channel.
Making away any doubt,
Any busy thoughts.
Anything and everything that is no longer in divine alignment with your highest good.
Allow this powerful orb to just wash it all away now.
Release.
It's making its way down further now.
Going down,
Down,
Down to the base of the spine.
You see this orb now split into two as it makes its way through the hips,
Down the legs.
Going all the way down to the bottoms of the feet,
The soles of the feet.
Connecting you with Mother Earth once again.
Allow yourself to feel this clarity,
To feel this gift that you've just been given.
Now imagine a beautiful spinning light at the crown of your head.
This light is spinning so beautifully and it reminds you that your crown chakra is open to its perfect and healthy state.
Open and ready to receive all of the divine guidance you could ever ask for.
If it feels in alignment for you,
You may even wish to invite in your personal guides and angels into this session.
Allow them to come in if that feels good for you.
Take this opportunity to maybe even see yourself with them now.
Placing your hands together in your mind's eye,
Palms to palms.
Maybe even placing the base of the thumbs at your third eye.
Take this moment to ask whatever it is that you desire to know.
Maybe there's something very particular that you want to ask.
Maybe it's more general,
That's okay.
Just allow whatever it is that comes in for you intuitively first.
Ask this now.
You may even wish to ask this question out loud,
But honor yourself whatever feels best.
Allow yourself to feel.
What's coming in for you?
We don't have to force anything or make anything happen.
All we must do now is trust that our crown chakra,
Our divine channel is open to receive this intuitive wisdom.
Continue to breathe deep.
Continue to allow.
Allow yourself to soak in this divine guidance.
And know that whatever form it's coming in for you here right now in this moment is absolutely perfect for you.
It may come in a very clear message.
It may come in a feeling.
It may even just come in this clarity of space.
And maybe it seems right now as if nothing's happening.
And maybe that nothing is exactly what you need in this moment.
Divine guidance may come to us in multiple forms.
As long as we're open and ready to receive with trust in our hearts,
We know that everything that is meant for us,
That all of the direction,
All of the guidance,
All of the signs will find us in our own perfect and divine timing.
Receive.
Open.
Allow yourself to take a deep breath in this moment.
And exhale gently.
Trusting that even if your physical self didn't receive the information that maybe you had hoped for,
Your highest self did.
Your energetic self did.
And it may unfold for you throughout the day,
Maybe even throughout the week.
But continue to trust.
The more that we acknowledge that this divine guidance and intuitive wisdom is always available to us,
The more it shows up for us.
It's almost as if we develop our own personal love language with the divine universe.
As long as we're open to it,
Of course.
Wherever you are right now,
Gently begin to bring yourself back to this physical space.
Start by bringing some subtle movements into the body,
Maybe wiggling the fingers or the toes,
But bring yourself back gently now.
And maybe you wish to stay here in this space,
And that's okay too.
Allowing the downloads and the information,
The guidance to come in,
Knowing that it's absolutely here for you.
Maybe you even wish to make a commitment to yourself right now,
That you will remain open to the signs,
The guidance,
The intuitive wisdom,
Everything that the universe has for you today and every day moving forward.
The more that we are open,
The more that we may receive.
