In this guided meditation, we will be working with the breath as tool to release anxiety, fear, and doubt. Through coming home to our most natural state of peace, and bringing awareness to the breath, we are able to trust that everything happening, is happening for the highest good of all involved.

Hello beautiful love and welcome to this guided meditation.

The intention for this meditation is to allow us to come back home to ourselves.

This natural state of peace.

This inner knowing that everything that is happening is happening for us.

Happening for our highest good.

And I know that in life there can be times and moments where it can be easy to drift off from this space.

We may find ourselves in states of worry or fear,

Anxiety,

Making it hard to trust that inner knowing that everything is happening for us.

So this meditation was created with the hopes and intention to bring us back to that inner knowing,

That inner peace that resides within every single one of us.

Start this meditation by of course getting in a comfortable seated position or maybe even laying down if that's more comfortable for you.

If that allows you to fully surrender and just be here in this moment.

Know that throughout this short and guided meditation there's nowhere else you need to be right now.

Honor yourself for taking the time and the space to be here.

Trusting yourself to be here.

Trusting me to guide you through this meditation,

This process.

Just get as comfortable as possible now.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

Allow the muscles in your face to relax.

Find peace within your body now.

We'll start out by bringing in the breath,

This life force that breathes in and out of every single living thing.

This life force that connects us all,

That allows us to all be truly one.

Start just by bringing the awareness into your natural breath.

This powerful force that doesn't take any attention to keep us alive and yet it allows us to live fully and truly be here.

By bringing the presence back to the breath,

We come back home to our own power.

That inner wisdom.

That peace and space within.

I invite you now to close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.

Allow yourself to just be fully settled in this moment,

Noticing your natural breath.

And we'll start to breathe together,

Inhaling for four counts,

Holding for five counts at the top,

And then exhaling and releasing for six counts.

Take our first breath together here.

Deep breath in for four.

Hold for five.

Release for six.

And I invite you to on this out breath let anything go that is no longer serving you.

Maybe it's any tension that may be in the body,

Any tightness.

Maybe it's just those thoughts that are coming into your head at this time.

Just notice them.

Take note of them that they're there and then breathe them out.

Just let them go.

Let them pass.

Deep breath in for four.

And release.

Notice what feels good for you in this rhythmic breathing.

Maybe it's breathing in through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

Maybe it's inviting in the breath in and out of the nose.

I invite you to find what works for you here.

Just continue this breath on your own pace,

Connecting with your own life force that connects all living things.

Through each in and out breath,

Notice how relaxed you feel.

Notice how natural it feels to connect with this peaceful moment,

To allow your body to surrender to the peace within,

To allow your mind to rest,

And to allow any thoughts that may come in to just be just letting them pass.

As you continue to connect with this breath,

Allow it to bring the peace within.

Give yourself any gentle reminders that you may need right now.

Feel how good it feels to just allow this breath to circulate in and out of your body now.

This power,

This life force that's within you.

Notice that bringing this mindful attention to the breath,

How powerful that is,

How powerful you are.

And in any moments of stress or worry,

Any worrisome thoughts or thoughts of fear,

Thoughts of doubt,

Come back to this inner knowing that all is well.

I invite you to bring this mantra in,

This affirmation into your breathing right now.

As you breathe in,

Maybe silently speak to yourself or say it out loud,

All is well.

All is well.

Bring in this mantra to your rhythmic breathing in a way that suits you right now in this practice.

Maybe a smile appears on your face knowing that this is true,

Knowing that all is well.

All is well.

Bring in and come back to the trust that everything that is happening is happening for you.

Maybe you even repeat this mantra or affirmation to yourself now.

Everything that is happening is happening for me.

Everything that is happening is happening for me.

Everything that is happening is happening for me.

For even the things that I may not understand right now all make sense.

For all that is happening is happening for my highest good and for the highest good of all involved.

For this I trust.

All that is happening is happening for my highest good and for the highest good of all.

And this I trust.

All that is happening is happening for my highest good and for the highest good of all.

This I trust.

As you rest in this stillness and in this peace,

Bring the awareness in that this peace and stillness is always available for you.

For we have the free will and the choice to shift our thoughts,

Shift our energy and shift our focus.

If we're noticing the monkey mind or any worrisome thoughts,

Thoughts of doubt or insecurity coming in,

We have the power to remind ourselves that we are able to shift our thoughts.

If in those moments we can bring ourselves back home to this peace and stillness within,

Bring ourselves back to the knowing that all is well and bring ourselves back to the knowing that everything happening is happening for the highest good of all.

It allows us to fully surrender and trust.

Once we're able to surrender to this and feel this peace and stillness,

We understand and can feel this inner knowing that all is well.

We can come back to the understanding that even if we don't understand what is happening in each moment,

We have the power to trust that it is happening for the highest good of all involved.

For we are all one.

So I invite you to take one more breath together.

We'll breathe in for four counts.

Hold for five.

Exhale for six.

Then we'll inhale again and on our exhale we can chant AUM together as one.

Deep breath in for four.

Inhale to AUM.

Deep breath in.

AUM.

Settle in with this peace and stillness.

And whenever you feel ready,

You can either choose to stay in this peace and stillness or you can start to bring some subtle movements back into your body now.

Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Shaking your head from side to side.

And whenever you feel ready,

Absolutely no rush,

You can open your eyes and come back to the physical space you're in.

Notice how different you feel now in comparison to maybe how you felt at the beginning of this meditation.

Without any judgment but just noticing.

As you bring in this awareness to this stillness and peace that is within you,

Again recognize that this is always available for you.

By accessing the breath,

We access our power within us,

This peace within us,

This inner knowing that everything that is happening is happening for the highest good of all involved.

The light in me sees and honors the light that is within you.
