My name is Amla and I will be guiding you through a loving kindness meditation by Ayakaema.
So just take your time now to find a comfortable position.
One that works for you.
Just feeling the weight of your body chopping against the seat or on the surface beneath you.
Just allowing the body to relax in its own time.
Noticing any areas that may feel tense and allowing those areas to soften by breathing into those areas.
Let us gently now guide our attention to the breath.
Just taking a few long and deep breaths in your own time.
Allowing yourself to relax that little bit more.
You might want to imagine that you are breathing in peace and all love on the inhale and releasing any old stagnant energies that no longer serve you on the exhale.
Breathing in peace,
Love breathing out old stuck energies that don't serve you anymore.
Releasing that old stuck energy.
Bringing in the love and peace on the inhale and releasing.
Also remembering to be kind to yourself and that if you are feeling anxious at any point that you can allow yourself to come back to your safe space.
Whether that be your breath or to a childlike pose.
Whatever your safe space is with no judgment it is okay.
While we are continuing to put our attention on the breath just start to look into your heart and see whether you find any troubles,
Worries,
Fears,
Dislikes or desires.
Any plans,
Resentments,
Rejections or opinions which may arouse anxiety,
Disquiet,
Disease.
If you find anything like that at all let it float away like black clouds that are being dispersed by the wind in the sky.
Now look into your heart again and see the spaciousness.
