Hello and welcome to this meditation.

Today is all about cultivating your inner spring.

Get comfortable to start seated position.

It would be beautiful.

Make sure you are comfortable.

Find a nice long spine in the crown of your head to the sky.

Allow your shoulders to come down and away from your ears.

Rest your arms wherever they want to land.

Take these first few breaths to land in your own skin.

To land in this moment.

To land in this space that you have created for yourself.

Use your breath as an anchor.

To notice the sensations of the in-breath and the out-breath.

Try to change any of it and simply embrace it as it comes today.

Spring is a beautiful season.

It brings a sense of rebirth and reawakening.

Through this meditation you will simply connect this energy and fuel yourself with positivity.

As nature starts to bloom,

To become alive once again,

So are you.

After months of slowing down,

Experiencing winter,

Turning inward,

It's finally time to start to open up.

To spend more time outdoors.

Connect with nature.

Inside of you,

At the very core,

Your own spring is ready to emerge.

Feel this aliveness inside of you.

This little sprout of energy that's growing within.

You may feel like you want to start to work on different projects or different ideas as you feel more motivated and energized.

Before we jump in to creating something new,

It's so important to tend to our inner garden.

To do the ground work.

To notice what we need and what we want in our life.

To get really intentional with what's important.

As you connect with the inner vibrations of spring,

I invite you to check in with yourself.

Just notice how you are feeling.

Physically,

Emotionally,

Spiritually.

Leave the judgement out.

Simply take a bird's eye view and notice.

In order for seeds to grow,

You need a fertile soil.

Same with your projects and idea.

You want to make sure that you have a strong,

Healthy foundation.

What is it that you need right now?

Is there a little shift that you're after in order to be able to feel like you can move forward with planting new concepts,

New projects,

New ideas?

What can you add to your own soil in order to make sure it's very fertile?

Maybe it's a little bit more joy.

Maybe it's some movement.

Maybe it's a few social interactions.

Welcome the answers.

Take this really part of spring to tune into what you actually want before you rush to plant too many seeds at the same time.

That can feel overwhelming very quickly.

Look after you.

Make space for you.

Soon enough,

You'll be ready to start the garden.

You can decide what you want to put your energy towards.

You don't have to do it all.

Focus on the things that bring you joy,

Positive energy,

Satisfaction.

Remember that this is not the time to go into hyperproductivity,

But rather to be intentional.

With what you are going to fill your garden with.

Remember that seeds may take time to grow.

You need water and love and so many other things to eventually bloom.

Give yourself time.

Be patient with yourself.

I'm going to invite you to start to breathe a little deeper.

Think about the spring thawing that's going on around you and breathe it all in.

It's this rebirth that's happening in nature to fuel you.

Bring this aliveness from the indoors to the inside of you.

Feel this beautiful spring energy travel through your body.

Bring a smile to your lips.

Bring some joy into your heart.

I invite you to open your eyes.

This is spring.
