Hello and welcome to you.
Today's meditation is about finding clarity.
I truly believe that when we pause,
When we open ourselves,
When we connect to our soul,
We get the answers that we are seeking.
So let's try this together today.
I invite you to sit comfortably on the chair,
On the floor,
Wherever you want.
Find a position that you can stay fairly still in.
Sit tall,
Aim the crown of your head to the sky.
Relax your shoulders down away from your ears,
Close your eyes,
And simply start to notice your own breath.
Your breath is your energy,
Is your life.
Let it flow through you.
Embrace it as it comes.
And others brought to take you to a deeper state of meditation.
Focus on this moment.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
Right now,
You are simply here,
Breathing,
Being.
Meditation is a beautiful moment to connect with your soul.
It can speak to you quietly,
But it's clear if you open your heart to it.
Taking these first few moments with your breath is a really good way to create space for the answers that you are seeking.
Use the out-breath especially to release any stagnant energy,
Any stress,
Any ideas or beliefs that make you feel a little stuck.
We find this little moment of stillness in our life.
We can talk to our soul.
We can listen to the answers.
Simply ask yourself now how you are currently feeling.
Welcome to any answer that pops up.
No judgement.
Simply noticing the messages that are arising from asking the question.
Maybe you are tired or maybe you are energized.
Maybe you are motivated or fearful.
It's okay.
Let's invite the next question.
How do you want to feel?
Don't overthink any stories or any messages that you are receiving.
Simply welcome them and if it feels like a blank,
Ask again.
How do I want to feel?
Maybe everything is as you want it.
Or maybe there are little shifts that are needed for you to be well,
For you to be happy,
For you to see joy,
Feel joy.

This simple conversation with your soul will help you to be intentional.
It can even help you to remove the sensation of being overwhelmed with not knowing what it is that you need,
What it is that you should do.
Now that you've gained perhaps a little bit of clarity,
Take action,
Trust that voice,
Trust that message that you just received.
Start to deepen the breath once again.
Start to really take a lot of air into your lungs.
Feel your chest expanding and your belly rising as you breathe in.
Notice this peaceful sensation from taking a break,
From tuning inward,
From asking questions,
And most importantly,
Listening to the answers.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
You know what you need.
Take action and go rock your way.
