Transcript

Start by lying down on your bed or on your mat on the floor.

With your feet a little bit wider than your hips,

With your arms alongside your body,

Palms facing up.

Making sure that you are as comfortable as you can be.

Feeling your spine nice and long.

Relaxing your whole body,

Your whole face.

And clenching your jaw,

Maybe moving your tongue a few times in your mouth.

Feeling the space around your eyes.

Feeling yourself supported by the surface underneath you.

Allow the earth to rise up to hold you.

Start by bringing your awareness to the crown of your head.

Noticing the sensations there.

Moving your awareness to your third eye,

The space in between your eyebrows.

To the hollow of your throat,

Your heart space.

Bringing your awareness to your right shoulder.

Your right elbow,

Your right wrist,

Your right thumb,

Your right index finger,

Your right middle finger,

Your right ring finger,

Your right pinky finger.

Back to your right wrist,

Your right elbow,

Your right shoulder,

Your heart space.

Bringing your awareness to your left shoulder,

Your left elbow,

Your left wrist,

Your left thumb,

Your left index finger,

Your left middle finger,

Your left ring finger,

Your left pinky finger,

Your left wrist,

Your left elbow,

Your heart space.

Your right hip bone,

Your right knee,

Your right ankle,

Your right big toe.

Your right second toe,

Your right third toe,

Your right fourth toe,

Your navel center,

Your left hip.

Your left knee,

Your left ankle,

Your left big toe,

Back to your left ankle,

The hollow of your throat,

The tip of your chin,
