This long musical meditation is designed to aid in sleep, relaxation, health, happiness, and general well-being. It can be used as a soft soundtrack to drifting off at night, as a wind down after a long day, or as an accompaniment to a deeper state of meditation. It can also be used as background music as you go about daily activities, helping to lift your mood. The piece begins with a relatively dense musical arrangement, before gradually growing slower and calmer throughout its duration. By the end of the piece, the music has floated away to a barely audible place, enhancing your relaxation, sleep, or deep meditation.
