As you're ready, Find your way into a seated position. Sit up onto a bolster if that feels good to allow your hip bones to open, Your knees to come down as you place one ankle in front of the other. Palms face down on your knees in a space that allows your elbows to relax back by your rib cage. And then when you do anchor into your legs, Feel the earth get heavier as you bring your attention to your legs and your sitting bones. And as you shift your energy to lengthen through your spine up through the crown of your head, Slightly tuck your chin and hug to the core center as you soften your face. Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha.
