Find a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to settle,

Gently close your eyes if that feels right,

And let yourself arrive fully in this moment,

Bring your attention inward,

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath,

Soft,

Steady,

Always here to support you,

There is nothing you need to change,

Simply notice,

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Your heart space,

Imagine a gentle glow beginning to form,

Warm,

Comforting and tender,

With each inhale this glow grows a little bit brighter,

And with each exhale it expands outward,

Wrapping you in a cocoon of safety and care,

See this light as a soft pink,

Warm and embracing,

Like a gentle blanket around your heart,

Allow yourself to rest in this warmth,

This is the energy of love,

Of compassion,

Of kindness flowing from within you,

As you sit with this feeling,

Notice the thoughts and doubts that sometimes rise in your mind,

The self-criticism,

The stories of not being enough,

The shame that weighs on your shoulders,

See if you can hold them gently,

Not as enemies,

But as tender parts of yourself that long to be understood,

Quietly whisper to yourself,

Being human is tender work,

Every step I take is an act of courage,

I honor the effort I give,

Even when I stumble,

I welcome my doubts and my flaws as part of my wholeness,

Feel the pink light around your heart expanding to embrace those tender parts of you,

Instead of pushing them away,

Allow them to be included in your love,

They too are a part of your journey,

Take a moment here to reflect on the effort it takes simply to live in this world,

To wake each day,

To show up,

To keep going,

Recognize the courage within you,

The quiet resilience that so often goes unnoticed,

Feel how the warm pink glow continues to expand,

Filling your whole chest,

Your whole body,

It moves into your arms and hands,

Down through your legs and feet,

And up through your shoulders,

Neck and head,

You are fully wrapped in this light,

As you stay with this feeling,

Notice how it shifts something deep within,

A softening,

A recognition,

A quiet homecoming,

This is your true state,

Not perfection,

But love,

Not certainty,

But compassion,

Carry this warmth with you as you move forward,

An anchor of self-love,

A reminder that you are enough,

Worthy and whole,

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

And bring your attention to the room around you.
